Yes, you can do that with HiSuite. Note that you will lose all your data. Firmware Finder also has downgrade fws (check the release notes). Never tried downgrading myself though.

The original post/steps were modified to include input from more experienced users.
The Bootloader version you're currently on will be key.
Please, help me to downgrade my Realme X2 pro from Pie to Oreo.
