Is there a way to downgrade to the latest fw just before the Oreo version?

Yes, you can do that with HiSuite. Note that you will lose all your data. Firmware Finder also has downgrade fws (check the release notes). Never tried downgrading myself though.
Thanks
Hisuite worked very well

My P9 Plus is a VIE-L09C25B100 and I downloaded the app Firmware Finder to check if there was any update for my phone since I couldn't find any OTA update. The app found the firmware of the screenshots and I'd like to know if it's a safe FW.

Hey man, and no, nothing, zero. I guess I will stay with B100 for a while.
Just a quick question, do you know the actual page to unlock the bootloader? I have tried with a couple of links posted here and they take me to EMUI 5 web page and I know the other way is to pay to get the unlock code.
Thank you for helping me again lol
Everything is clear now, closing the thread.

Which firmware i can use to update to nougat? And is this a problem for huawei otg farther updates?
C900 is the region that you end up on when a firmware update has failed, in my experience. You will need to follow the procedure given in the link below. I have tried this and it worked for me.

Hello I have model VTR-L09C432B185 and was wondering if I can upgrade to oreo on this model? The firmware database has no 8.0 fw for this model. Would it be possible to use the b360 firmware or will I brick the device?
BR
look for L29C432B360, it's a dual firmware which also includes the L09 version

Yeah saw that, so it would not matter that my firmware ends with B185?
B185 or B360 are just the version numbers of the firmware, bigger the number, the newer the firmware. B1xx are Nougat, B3xx are Oreo

So as many here i hve problem in sound (low sound)
So i wanna downgrade to nougat or Oreo..
So wat i ask for is were i can download The software for reteu 1900-7 (nougat or Oreo)??
This phone wasn't launched with lollipop, marshmallow, nougat so there is no such firmware for it. As for oreo, you can find all official firmware here.

But you would not face any issue if you install retail rom.
You will absolutely brick your device by flashing a downgraded FW.. Don't do it
