Firstly sorry for my bad English
my mob is lg l90 d410 i had rooted it a week ago , yesterday i received a new software update, and when i installed it the mobile restarted in fastboot mode, when i tried to get out of this mode, my mobile shows me this message
secure boot error / boot certification verify
and turned off , please could anyone help me to restore my default system? please.

I just got the same problem with mine, I know it has been a long time since this threat started but can you help me?
My phone shows the error no matter the key combination I press to open it, I also cannot open download mode or how ever it's called by pressing volume down and pluging in the usb

If you lost recovery, download mode and fastboot, the only way is the fix hard brick tutorials (no fix for D415 yet as far as I know tho):

If you get fastboot you can flash TWRP and then flash a bootstack for your phone model.

I ve tried it and it is not working, there are too many unclear thing on how to connect the points, even tho I did connect them with a metal wire (nickel wire not sure if that is bad) I saw no answer from my pc when plugging it in
I might try again at some point with a friend it was really hard to balance the wire on the 2 points alone and also plug the usb without moving it :S

iam very sad to say you that my phone is bricked.i will change roms in my phone frequently.u always very careful but today when i was out for a work my brother tried to install the new hyperdrive rom but he had not taken any backup and he wiped all the memory including rom zip files so he stucked the phone in recovery(he dont know about ADB side load) then he ( he observed me when updating from kk to lp) searched the files in my computer then just tried to instal stock kitkat using command prompt Nd succced but when he found lollipop update file in the computer and he placed it in phone but when the phone is updating into lollipop the low battery in the phone made the phone dead.
when i came back home i saw all the mess he does now the phone whn switched on only shows android logo with error frequently but when i went into recovery mode to sideload the rom the the fastbot devices command shows device connected but msg displays error msg showing device not found when i tried to sideload the rom.
in TWRP it displays unable to mount data :crying:
unable to mount cache
when i tired to install using external sd card the installation completes but when rebbot the phone stucks on android exclamation logo showing errror msg
please help i dont my phone to be bricked:crying::crying:

i used TWRP and repaired the filesystems and installed the custom rom microkatv1.zip but the rom is installed succcessfully and i wipe cache/dalvik cache and reboot the phone it will shows motorola logo and automatically moves into TWRP.can anyone help me how to boot the phone normally is there any software or any commands to solve this please lead me to solution:crying:

at last i had done some file repairs in TWRP and i got installed stock kk rom by ADB then i got my moto g back

Weird, even though for me it wasn't mountable either, reformatting worked.
I don't think adb will be able to mount it if it doesn't work in CWM. I guess one thing you could try is flash TWRP via sideload and then go to wipe, check all of the partitions, and then hit "repair filesystem". Might work, :fingers-crossed:

Bricked my Nubia Z9 Mini - Please Help

Dear XDA--Developers Team,
I just bought an Nubia Z9 Mini and wanted to install a custom rom with the google play store preinstalled. In the process I bricked my phone. I am really desperate here and I hope someone can help me.
What I did:
I am new to all of this, so I followed this tutorial:

Furthermore I used this to install TWRP:

After wiping my data I tried to install the new rom, but there was an error. After rebooting the phone (stupid I know) my phone does not boot up correctly anymore.
I can not access the recovery menu. My Computer still recognizes the device when I plug it in, but as 5 different CDs (8,4 MB, 13 GB, 268 MB, 1,6 GB and 67 MB).
On the 67 MB drive there is a folder called "Image". I attached a photo of said folder.
Please can anyone hint me in the correct direction as to what to do now? Any help appreciated.
EDIT
After a few times of trying to switch it on again it suddenly booted into TRWP recovery mode and i was able to install the rom like I originally wanted. No idea what was going on there, but now it works.

what I done to my phone is - in twpr I have formatted everything and after restart I can see only nubia logo and phone switches its self off after few sec

Okay don't panic, you are facing the same problem I did and my phone recovered.
Can you access TWRP by pressing and holding the power button + volume up (not volume down)? Try it a few times, it worked for me after a few tries.

Even i have the same problem. I got my nubia z9mini bricked can any one help how to solve it i followed all the above said info but nothing worked. When i try to go to the recovery manger it again goes to the nubia logo only but it is not going to the Twrp recovery. what should i do can anyone please help ....................

Try going to recovery mode again If you are using TWRP then download the nubia 4.0 beta version from http://www.nubia.com/in/support.php?a=download and install it. Everything will get normal.

Encryption failed problem

Need help with my z9 mini. , following info in recovery mode:

With following errors:

It all started with encryption failed error...

Bootloop to recovery [solved]

Hello everyone, I have the problem, that my 3T boots to recovery every time I boot. The system is no more booting. What I did was, "updating" in the CM about/update menu (from unofficial cm14.1 13.12. to 14.12. ).
So maybe an open recovery script was created and booted to bootloader. Update failed but I did it manually.
From now on the phone does just only boot twrp recovery (or is it a boot loop ?). I tried to restore a backup and install the oxygen os via zip and wiped all partitions (except internal storage) but nothing helps. Does anyone know this and can give me advice ? Thank a lot in advance.

For the OnePlus One if found an error report which look a little bit my error:
The problem is suspected to stem from the "persist" partition getting corrupted during the reboot, even though CyanogenMod doesn't use this particular location. The damaged area doesn't get fixed like other partitions because a filesystem integrity check isn't ran. It's left corrupted, and even though the area isn't needed for the OS to run, the OnePlus One boot loops anyway.

I follow your recommendation thanks for your assistance I fixed my OP3T,

What a mess ... after all this I wanted to install my CM backups again, but TWRP refused to boot. I had only a black screen with a white LED when going to recovery. But now after some hours I have a solution to this. You need to update Oxygen OS before going on !!
Make a full system update or flash this update via TWRP: http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3t/oneplus_3t_oxygenos_3.5.3/
After this TWRP is booting as expected.
Now I'll enjoy a beer or two or ....

Please help!!!! I tried flashing the update for the latest OTA, I had the full zip. I have unlocked bootloader, twrp, phh supersu, magisk and xposed. I did a nandroid backup and then clicked Wipe- Dalvik and Cache. I then flashed the zip. For 20 mins the boot logo was spinning around, so I rebooted into twrp to see what was going on. Now I can't reboot and it shows no data, it says my device is encrypted and I can't see any files. What can I do??

Was your internal storage encrypted before ?
TWRP doesn't show your internal storage and didn't ask for a password ?

fix bootloop
Boot into your recovery [Vol+ and Power]
Connect your phone to your PC
Execute the following fastboot command on your PC (More informations on fastboot)
Code:
fastboot continue
Your phone will start right away. :good:

I solved the problem
OK what i did was when the phone was starting and vibrating I push the power bottom and volume down bottom at the same time ,then i connected the phone to the PC,from the panel in the phone there are 3 categories to erase everything on the phone I did it all(1,2,3) and then I put the phone in ADB mode from the control panel in the phone,After that I flash via fastboot the original .zip from one plus for the version 4.0.3 (1.4 GB) ,when it finished I restarted and the phone started normal again,I hope this help someone alse,I was so desesperated:silly:.

Change USB port
Try a different USB port. I flashed it through a 2.0 USB port instead of the 3.0 and no checksum error!

Uhmmm, you have to flash custom ROM, sooo, i found one for you:
First of all, you have to flash Update.zip:
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1581/g104/v81105/f1/full/update.zip
Then, you have to flash at the second time this:

But before you flash, wipe the Internal Storage, System, Data.

And d00d, this is not a hard-brick, that's soft-brick xD

Hi my YU Yuphoria 5010 started acting up since last week ,when i noticed that the phone was restarting randomly and the settings was missing and even if i clicked on the settings logo in the notification panel, nothing would happen .So i decided to flash a Cusstom ROM instead and boot into recovery.While trying to wipe cache,dalvik and data I got an error message "uable to mount data,cache ,system(invalid argument) and internal memory* was showing up as 0.So i thought my phone was bricked and tried reviving it with the sd card method.But everything else except for system flashed , and got an error FAILED (remote: flash write failure ) just for system .Anyway now I could boot into recovery using fastboot boot command and the internal memory started showing up correcty. The fastboot command is the only way i could get into recovery, if i try power+volume down it would just come up with the empty battery logo. After this i installed qualcomm drivers and manually changed the driver to Qualcomm HS-USB QD Loader 9008 and tried flashing through QFil with a flashable stock ROM and ended up with the error message:"Download Fail:System.Exception: Unable to download Flash Programmer using Sahara Protocol** at QC.QMSLPhone.Phone.QPHONEMS_SaharaArmPrgDownload(String sFileName)** at QC.SwDownloadDLL.SwDownload.QPHONEMSSaharaDownloadArmPrg(UInt64& version, String armPrgPath)
Download Fail:Sahara FailSahara Fail".
But after going through some of the posts I found that my phone might not be bricked in the first place.My device just shows up as 'Android' under Other devices in Device Manager.

I also tried to restore through TWRP recovery using the back up my brother created on his YU 5010A to no success.Changing the file system type and back to ext4 also didnt help. I use a Windows 10 64bit Laptop.
What could I possibly do to revive my phone?Kindly help.

Download Fail:Sahara FailSahara Fail".
But after going through some of the posts I found that my phone might not be bricked in the first place.My device just shows up as 'Android' under Other devices in Device Manager.
The following are the details from device manager.
Device type: Other devices
Manufacturer: Unknown
Location Port_#002.Hub_#003
Problem code : 0000001C
Physical Device Object name: \Device\USBPDO-6
Hardware IDS: USB\VID_2A96&PID_300A&REV_0100
USB\VID_2A96&PID_300A

no this is hard brick because i cant flash any ram and any build number just can use twrp backup

This is soft brick, not a hard brick, because when you get a hard brick it means you can't do nothing anymore...
