Hi everyone,
After I flashed supersu in TWRP recovery, I reboot system and it asked me "Enable root ... " ( I don't remember). I choosed No. Then it stucked in orange logo bootloop (orange kindle fire appears about 2s then restart). I used factory cable to get into fastboot mode and used KF restore. When I restart my device, "Provisioning Fail" screen appears. I don't know how to fix it. Please help me.
Sorry about my bad English

Re: Amazon kindle x43z60
when i turn on my kindle it comes up with the 'red' 'kindle fire' logo and it doesn't change to blue 'fire' as it would so i could enter twrp recovery with the up volume. when i connect it to my windows 10 pc (i tried other windows) its not being recognised, no connecting sound neither does it show up in device manager. so i cant access it.
i had tried installing a rom i got from rootjunky.com it installed but it changed my serial number to "000000" so amazon did not recongnize it so thats why i wiped it again.
I wiped it (system, cache, internal memory) then hit recovery in trwp recovery. then it came up with the 'red' 'kindle fire' logo.
Please help me, the tablet isn't mine i just tried to assist the owner who wanted cyanogenmod 11 removed to get back amazon os on it.
send a copy of solution to [email protected]
regards,
sadikie
Thank you for all the help in advance!
Current state of device:
Fire HD 7" factory cable plugged in stuck on fastboot screen not loop just stuck no access to ADB (device not found[debian gnome])
I was deleting my previous ROM to go back to stock. I wiped my cache, os and everything then went to go and install the stock ROM and my little one managed to power the kindle down. I turned it back on to find kindlefire logo on the screen but it doesn't go past that. I built a factory cable and now it displays the fastboot logo but nothing else, not looping just frozen on the fastboot screen. So the computer [debian gnome] can't find the device when using ADB. (ADB is working with my other devices) I tried to follow a post about using the fastboot cmd to install the system.img, recovery.img and boot.img but did not know exactly what I was doing at that point. Is it done for? or is there hope?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
There is hope. You could try following the commands in the batch file from this post.

I've never tried it from Linux but so long as fastboot is working you should be able to flash the 3 images and then wipe data.
Thank you sooo much! this worked like a charm. I downloaded the img files and loaded them to the kindle via fastboot then rebooted and wala back to a fully functioning kindle. Thanks for the link!!!!
Glad to hear it helped you out.
Help me please
I have bricked my device. I can no longer get it past the bootloader Amazon image and can only get it into fastboot. Had root on device and was attempting to flash twrp so that i could install some custom roms. When flashing twrp the device restarted and has been stuck in a silver amazon bootloop. With the help of root junky's supertool i can get into factory recovery. but cannot sidload origional system back. I was gonna go back origional and re root. But can not get it out of bootloop. Tried using the system recovery thread found in second post on this thread and recieved an unsuccessful. Am i done for.... Kindle just stuck on fastboot screen now
Does your device have the front facing camera and the mini hdmi port?
My tablet already installed cm12 and twrp 2.8.7.0. After fully charged the tablets become slow and said something i cannot clearly remember "can't find sdcard" so decided to boot to twrp and it stuck at twrp blue screen. I've tried to normal boot again and it brought me bootloop (after stay at blue android robot's face 5 min). I used KFHD system.img restore tools but it sends back an errors about "write protection'. I've tried to replace recovery with fastboot command and it said success (fastboot -i 0x1949 flash recovery) but i think it brought no change to my tablets cause it stuck at blue twrp title again. Please help me now!!!!

@ductoan0295 Were you able to solve the "write partition" thing?
No i cannot fix this. I think the only way to fix is replacement of the eMMC chip on mainboard (this mean dead sdcard cause the error). I've not tried because i can't buy the same chip in my country and not sure if the replacement will work or not.
Hi, yesterday i was triying to restore the phone, i think i was in cm 12.

Hello guys,
I have a Kindle Fire HD7 with TWRP 3.0.2-0.
I was on an old Cyanogen mod ( from 2015) and try to flash the latest LineageOS for TATE.
I flash the rom with the Gapps, then after reboot, the device was looping on the lineage logo.
I did a hard reboot, then now the Kindle stuck on the KIndle Fire (white/blue).
I'm unable to enter in fastmod ( <Waiting for devices>) and if i try to go in TWRP, it stuck on TWRP splashscreen
What can i do to unbrick it please ?
I don't find my Amazon USB cable...I need it to enter in fastboot mod ? Any tutorial to do a DIY fastboot cable please ?
Any other tips please ?
I can only see the device As "MTP device" on my pc.
Thanks a lot,
Nix'

If you don't know how to solder, then just buy a fastboot cable, it works wonders.
