When receiving calls, I can hear the caller through my watch, however, the caller can't hear me. I have the answer call through watch option toggle, yet the caller still can't hear me through my watch. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
I know this is an old topic but I'm sure the OP and myself aren't the only two to have had this issue. Just below the top button on the right side of the watch there should be a tiny hole. If it is plugged take a very small sewing needle and very gently dig out what's in there. DO NOT PUSH VERY DEEP AT ALL.

Hi All
I recently lost my ringtone and found a solution on here, so all is fine.....EXCEPT when the phone rings, the ringtone disappears when the scroll wheel (if that's what it's called) is moved.
Has anyone else come across this problem and if so found a fix???
The phone carries on ringing silently if I move the wheel, it's just the sound that disappears and that's obviously not very good if it's in my pocket!!
I've tried pressing all the other buttons when it's ringing to see if they make the sound disappear but they don't, it's only the wheel
Any one got any ideas????
Thanks
That's not a bug.
That's a feature...
My TyTN1 did that.
My P3600 did that.
My TyTN2 Does that.
It's the only way of making the phone go QUIET without canceling the call.
Quite usefull actually....
Honestly!!??
It's a feature??
How do I turn it off????
I like that feature very much, too. When someone calls and I don't want to talk to them I just hit the scroll wheel to silence the call but let it continue ringing for them. That way they don't know I'm ignoring them. I can plausibly be out of range of my phone or some other excuse. If you press the end key or hit "ignore" on the phone screen it sends the call immediately to voicemail and the person on the other line can tell they've been actively ignored...
I don't know if it's possible to turn it off.
ive always found it usefull. but sometimes it can be annoying as OP said when its in your pocket

Click to collapse
The beginning of every sad story I've heard about screen cracks and phone damage, has always begun with , Well the phone was in my pocket and..............
When I pull my phone from it's padded holster I always look at the caller id first and do not wish to disturb other people while I decide. I appreciate the feature
I'm guessing it's a feature that can't be turned off then
Hello!
The problem is
Someone is calling
I pull ring to answer
My opponent can hear me
I can't hear anything
Also screen doesn't turn off when I cover all frontal sensors.
Reboot helps, but that's not cool.
Thank you!
I have a strange behavior when a call is accepted on the Z3C and wanted to ask if maybe others have this problem too.
If someone calls me, I pull the green button to the right and put the phone quickly at the ear and talk quickly, then my caller hears me after one second. Therefore he does not understand my name.
I manage myself so dasss I just keep the phone after accepting slowly leads to my ear, so that the caller understands me completely. This is obviously not a permanent solution.
The problem is even more extensive.
If I call someone, I can hear the called party also delayed, just tried.
Maybe someone else has the problem or a solution.
Problem yes, solution no
Forgive me if this has already been a thread, have had a quick look at the forums and can't find anything. Surely I can't be the only person who has this problem.
Essentially, every time I am on a call, my ear is constantly pressing buttons on the touch screen, usually numbers - the person on the other end can hear the beeping of these buttons, but I am oblivious to it, whilst in a call, I have inadvertently sent emails, edited notes, amended contacts, put someone on hold and dialled another caller etc...this is a nightmare.
Can anyone help, please?
I like basically everyone on earth, use my mobile phone as my only contact number. Often my phone is not directly on my person or even at arms length. I am curious on if there is some option that maybe I'm overlooking that will ring the speaker group whenever i receive phone calls. I have a job in which i can get calls off hours and it would be extremely helpful if my speaker group rings rather than just my phone?
Is there an option out there for this action that i could have possibly overlooked?
To me this is a no brainer feature but any insight would be terrific.
