[Q] Network issue

Hello guys!
I'm asking on behalf of my friend regarding his HTC ONE M7.
The phone is running fine on WIFI but, there's an issue with the network service. It takes a while for the phone to pick up the network operator and when it is connected to the network, it shows full bar with 3g signal. The issue is that, my friend cannot make a call or browse the internet using data network. Even when he tried to check his credit balance, it would sometimes show the balance and sometimes it will display and error with "Invalid MMI code" or something. Same thing goes to making a call, sometimes he can call, sometimes he can't.
I tried to make a call from my phone to his phone and sometimes it's ringing and again, sometimes his phone can't be connected.
He flashed new ROM but the issue is still there.
Any of you guys have any idea on how to fix it?

please help , service state off and cant fix it

Whenever i try to put my sim in my phone it tells me cant make calls while in flight mode and there is no signal but i ran tests earlier and told me that sim slots is working fine but when i go to my subscriptions in the settings it tells me as follows :
Network unknown
Signal strength 00dbm 99asu
Service state off
Radio off
Knowing that wifi is working and imei is showing fine

LTE switching issue please help

Can someone help...
At&t samsung s6 , i m using here in Pakistan on waridtel network .. this network uses LTE band 3 for internet however 2g Edge for calling .. the issue is when i keep network mode to auto, the phone takes almost 20 to 25 sec lag to switch network from 4g to 2g .. but i can make a call ... but when someone calls on my mobile number call doesnt reach me, because my phone doesnt switch network. . The caller on the other end gets that my phone is switch off ... how can i fix this ?? I have factory reset it but didnt worked

Same issue here !! I've tried a million things and nothing seems to work. Only partial solution I've found (if you can call that a solution) is having the phone on always on 2g and going and changing to LTE when i want to use the internet :*(

Network problem/network signal gone after rooting android smartphone....

hiii guys,i have got a problem.i rooted my android smartphone and when i rebooted my phone i am facing network problem.There is no network signal showing at all both 3g and 4g. Everything is working fine but no network signal and when i went to network setting to check network there is no network and when i changed network mode from GSM to 4G or 3g to 4G VISEVERSA.There is a msg showing com.android.phone has stopped and also when i went for change network there is an error for network search.Guys please help me.anyone have idea what happened?? and how can i solve this problem please tell me...

Network Issue

I have a redmi 4x.
I am backed from cardinal aosp rom.
I am flashed miui 9 global stable rom by fastboot method.
Not working network search and 2g mode.

My XIAOMI REDMI 4X phone only can connect to 4G LTE and cannot find or receive 3G / 2G network signal.
Because of this problem i only can use one SIM at a time it coz when i use SIM1 for using mobile data, SIM2 will showing "No Network" this happen cause of SIM2 couldn't get 3G/2G network signal for its connection. Same issue if I switch SiM2 as my mobile data. SiM1 will be "No Network".
I really hope someone here could give me some solution to SOLVE this problem. also the SIM that i use to get mobile data it has problems that its cannot make out and receive any incoming call. Just regular Messaging are working.
another thing MMI short code also didn't work out it will pop-up with error msg like "cannot connect to server or no network connection" something like that.
This problem has haunted me more than a year and i still cannot get it fix. Need help because i am out of budget to buy new mobile phone .:crying::crying:
