Does clearing the data from one of the choicesthe Manage Applications-All delete it?

Does clearing the data using CLEAR DATA from one of the choices the Manage Applications then going to ALL delete the application?
Does it uninstall/delete the application completely? Or is it more like a clear browser cache type of clear?
If it does delete, is it possible for me to accidentally delete an essential android system file that I will not be able to recover? (I have no plans of modding or changing roms etc)
For example, the Camera app, if I press CLEAR DATA will it remove it permanently?
What if I accidentally delete something essential?
Thanks.

You can't skip that. It's the dalvik cache being rebuilt...
The dalvik cache is an extend file for the apk (*.dex) it is located in (/data/dalvik-cache) ,, this is for user apps . In system (/system/app) in (*.odex) these files must be deleted when install a new rom ,, these files is needed to run the apps and it is greated in reboot prosses So when you delete them it must be greated again in order to run apps .

[Q] Deleting Cached Data

Hi, I have a friend who decide to get this phone against my personal suggestion, now the issue is I that have no clue how to delete the cached data, I own Galaxy phones and Nexus, that I know where to go to delete the cached data, however I can't seem to find that option on HTC, nor if I boot on recovery I'll see this feature.
So the question is, How do I delete Cached Data on HTC?

No, Nexus and Samsung phones include an option to delete the Cache Partition and Cached data, so I don't have to go 1 by 1, for what I read somewhere, the only way to remove the Cached data on HTC is by turning off the phone, removing the battery for 10 seconds, turning it on again...or this Wipe Cache...will never recommend this phone...guess I'll try this...

Finding Telegram messages in browser cache

Hi, I'm using Windows Phone 8, and I used Telegram in the browser. I know that messages can be recovered in plain text from the browser cache. I have a full EMMC dump, so I have full access to the entire filesystem, but I don't know where to look for these cache files. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
