hi >
Is it possible to pull the Arabic language files from the official rom of the xz Model 6602 and put it on my current xz official ROM Model 6603 ?
and how i do that ??
note : rooted and cwm added
mine : sony xperia z ( c6603 )
there are two ways to enable the arabic lang
the first is look for a new c6603 rom with the arabic language with will be the british or (nordic) swidesh
the second is the old xperia arc way playing with the build.prop then delete the red colored text use root expl.
#Default values/Locales for the hiding languages feature
ro.product.locale.excluded=ar_EG ar_IL fa_IR iw_IL
hit the thanks button if I helped

It is not related to baseband, im from Ro too, all the EMEA fw are working fine on our mobile operators.
You can change the customization number and upgrade to the latest Vodafone FW but it will be full of bloatware or try to flash ES or NL versions.

The only way to get arabic support besides keyboard language is to flash your phone with MEA firmware. I would wait until the phone launches in Saudi Arabia or UAE and wait for someone to upload a flashable firmware

Are you familiar with flashing custom firmware ftf files via flashtool? native arabic support are only implemented in region specific firmwares such as middle east and Africa or country specific such as Kuwait. Once you get your hands on these firmwares (whenever they are released) you can flash it in ur phone.
Hope that was not confusing
arabic keyboard
If you want just to type in arabic, just go to settings -> language and input -> tap wrench symbol in xperia keyboard -> writing languages
And download the desired language
