I JUST DROPPED MY NOTE 5 , AND ITS LCD BROKE FROM INSIDE
BUT , A NEW PROBLEM ALSO ARISES,
BLUE LED LIGHT IS CONSTANTLY GLOWING UP , MEANS MY PHONE IS STUCK NOW. NOT TURNED ONN PROPERLY
THEREFORE , I AM UNABLE TO BACKUP MY DATA BY ATTACHING IT TO MY COMPUTER VIA CABLE
COMPUTER OT RECOGNIZING IT
I TRIED TO SWITCH IT OFF BY HOLDING VOLUME + AND POWER KEY.. PHONE TURNS OFF..
BUT WHEN I AGAIN TURNS IT ONN , BLUE LIGHT STARTS GLOWING UP , AND KEEPS ONN EVEN FOR HOURS , UNTILL I SWITCH PHONE OFF USING + AND POWER KEY
ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT CAN BE HAPPENED TO PHONE?
HOW CAN I BACKUP / ERASE PHONE DATA NOW?

Hello friends of the forum, I present my problem. I was given to repair a S3 LTE really is driving me crazy. We'll explain: the owner did filth with ROM to the point to make it unusable. Turns on, but after a while it stops and turns itself off. I tried to flash the stock, wipe system etc .. from recovery and put back the stock, but every time I turn on the phone and get to the Initial Setup (the one that says Samsung GALAXY which allows choosing the language) crashes and off. Also known that the recovery is very very slow (both TWRP that stock that cwm). I managed to flash rom 2 including Cyanogenmod but this crashes. Sometimes the poor cell can not even start that hangs on and off. I tried to replace the battery with one that I already had and the situation does not change. I wanted to try to do an update of the bootloader because I think the problem is the. Further inform you that when it crashes but is charging if I remove the battery on the phone stays on but completely locked and I can not even press the power button for 3 seconds, because it is completely freezed. Another observation I have noticed is that if I leave him in charge when switched off the led solid red, the screen shows no signs of life and if the detachment micro usb LED remains lit sign that is completely blocked even when it is charging (WHILE TURNED OFF!). I hope you can help. I tried everything
Maybe it's power button problem.Check the power On/Off .
My phone is not turning on... when I plug in my charger sony logo appears and battery symbol comes but when i tried to turn it on red led blinks and also it vibrates 3 times and again sony logo and battery symbol comes
When i pug into my pc i hear device connected sound in my pc and there is blue led glowing in my phone but agian when i try to turn it on it vibrates three times and agian blue led is glowing please help me to get my phone working back normal

First disconnect everything from phone and then press power+volume up button untill 3 vibration then connect charger overnight then try to turn it on next morning...
As I can see
Your volume up button( or maybe down) is stok
Try press them many times in order to fix them.
Then try to turn on your phone again

When i press power+vol up my phone doesnot respond for it.... no led blinking or vibrating while using the above method...
my phone got this state for using it in pool my indicators became red i know that there will be no warranty if the indicators become red....so help in getting my phone back to work as normal....

Is it completely dry and if it is then do you see sony logo or blue led notification?if sony logo shows up try flashing stock ftf via flash tool
And if blue notification then try to unblock volume up button i thing it is stuck so it puts your phone to fastboot mode when connected to pc hence blue led and when you try to turn on your phone without connecting to pc it hard reset your phone hence three vibration and phone shuts down...
Try unblocking volume up button by pressing hard volume up button many times then connecting to pc until there is no blue light turning on...and after unblocking the button try flashing stock ftf via flash tool...
Be careful not to press it too hard or you will damage your phone..!!
Get phone working again and get it replaced if under warranty to avoid future problems...

when i connect my phone to pc blue light is comming....i used sony pc companian and i selected repair my phone it deteced my phone and completed the update but the phone is still in same position not switching

It may be stuck volume up button it takes your phone to fastboot mode try to free your stuck vol up button...:thumbup:
Guys my z3c is dead coz of water damage.
The device simply doesn't boot/start anymore..

Holding the Power + Volume key
Pressing the yellow reset button beside the sim card slot
NO REACTION.
The LED notification keeps blinking continuously when connected via charger or laptop..
The Red LED notification just stays on without blinking when the device is connected partially to laptop.
Is the device bricked?? ( Soft / Hard)
How worse could the device be damaged?
Biggest concern; Is there ANY POSSIBLE way at all to recover the data present in the device's Internal Memory??? :crying:
The mobile is not rooted.. Not unlocked..
try putting the phone in a bag of rice for a few days to see if it comes back to life

What is the indication of that blinking LED??
Is there any hope of recovering the data without the device coming back to life???
nope. Not unless you have lots of money to spend

Did You Tried To Flash FTF Using Flashtool ??
My Note 5 has suddenly stopped working. I get a blue breathing light at the top, as well as a red one and at times no light. I have tried Volume Down + Power for 20-30 seconds, tried Volume Down + Home + Power and Volume Up + Home + Power... nothing whatsoever on the screen
Your display has deceased. I have the same problem and I will change the display to fix it

Nothing was done... just woke up one morning with it dead. I have nothing whatsoever on the screen... I can get it picked up by ODIN but when I start the flashing process it doesn't do anything... just hangs there.

The person i got it from stated she was charging the phone one night (blue charging light on) and took it off the charger but the screen would not turn on.
She hard reset the phone by pressing the power button and tried to turn it back on, after that no screen but only a blue light at the top of the phone stayed on.
She again turned it off and took it in for repairs. They could not find out what was wrong with the phone, didnt seem dead, battery was fine no damage at all to this device (zero not even a scratch on the screen)
So now, i got the device and when plugged into the computer, i dont get any sort of lights on the phone, nothing on the screen, the phone will briefly show in the device manager then it will be gone, i can hold down the power button and it shows Exynos7420 in the device manager, i let go of the power and it goes away.
Phone is 100% dead.
IS the device hard bricked?
Hard ware issue?
Just looking for ideas to bring a basically perfect condition phone back to life for some use.

hey man did u ever find out what was going on with the note 5 ,mine pretty much happened same way except I was on a custom rom was in the middle of texting somebody and it just died blue lite still flashes it just want cut on
