Delete the source could be a 3rd party or a app that cuases it try booting into safe mode and see if you still get the download app pop up

That won't help. If you're not signed in you can't access the market to begin with. Do what the gentleman above said - it can't be more clear.

Thats not entirely true, I've fixed this exact problem by messing with google talk when clearing market data didn't work.

I've had stalled downloads before, and when I check GTalk, I'm not signed in. Signing in usually kickstarts the downloads.
So you can access Market without being signed into GTalk.
However, the OP gets unsuccessful downloads rather than stalled, and as such it isn't likely to be this issue.

Dave

Download "root tools" and open and there is a option call clear market details or data. That should work. or reinstall the market app.

Not trying to be rude, but how can you download any of those apps if every file you attempt to download from the market is unsuccessful? That's my issue...

Try to disable your mobile data connection and your wifi connection then re-enable them. (disable then enable) it works for me.
Sometimes toggling airplane mode works for connection problems also

Googled it but still cant find where to download the apk downloader any ideas or links
I can't pull 7he updates cause I don't know where the "update" data is saved. Try doing what Phandroid recommended. Go to Settings - Applications - Market - and clear your data. Now when you open the market again it should force the download/update. And you will have to accept the new terms and conditions

You can always use titanium to delete the youtube app and then install the latest one from the market.

I had this problem a few days ago. When I'm choosing to install an App from an APK-File, the Installer opens, asks me if I'm ok with the rights for the app. Then there are the two Buttons "Cancel" and "Install". But I just can't press "Install". It's not greyed out.
Last time, I just deleted data from the Installer and rebooted. This fixed it at least for one installation, because I didn't install any other app. Actually it was the Amazon Market Place.
Does anybody have the same Problem? I'm a little confused, because it had worked. But, when I tried to solve the problem as described above, it just didn't work again..
I also didn't find an issue which looked similar to this. Even updating the Firmware didn't help..
Any suggestion?
Settings/security/ check unknown sources
If that doesn't work then the apk file is not signed

Yes , u have to root and disable apk signature verification using lucky patcher . I could not recommend apps that can crack something as cracked or pirated stuff are not allowed on xda
Try to uninstall the old version first.

It is installed. It's just disabled. If you try to reinstall it, the package installer will still detect the disabled app.
titanium backup is best app fot this kind of stuff. no need 2 use lucky patchers etc.... just freeze app and delete it on titanium backup.

Oh so you need to completely remove the Music app from system, and remove its data in /data. Then you can install it again.

Install any root explorer, then navigate to /system/app and find Music app there. If not look for it in /system/priv-app. Delete it. Then navigate to /data/data and look for the package name of Music and delete it as well.

It's quite simple by the way u don't need an apk all u need to do is go to your home screen and swipe down so Hisearch opens then type screen recorder and it should have an option to restore!!
