I realize there are many factors involved and mileage may vary. However can someone that has tried some of the other ROMs please tell me their experience in battery life as to which ROM gives them the longest battery life?

Hello all,
I am currently running PAC-MAN rom with Faux kernel. Battery life is good although I would like to see if I can get better battery life with a standard battery. Does anyone have any suggestions or can post their battery life with ROM\Kernel with additional kernel\rom settings?

There is no BEST ROM/Kernel for anything...only what is BEST for YOU based on your usage/apps/preferences/signal strength/phone.

Nexus experience is AOSP based which typically have less power drains. Resurrection I believe is CM based which in my experience is a little heavy on battery useage but you get some nice extras. Really the best way to tell is to just try them. I've not used either of the ROMs, so I cannot vouch for them, this is just generalized information.

I would say that all the updated lp roms are mostly the same in terms of performance, stability, and battery life (there is a CM 13 ROM in the making that has amazing battery life but isn't stable). If you want amazing battery life and dont mind using KitKat, I would recommend slim 4.4 or CM 11
I know I am a D415 user but my suggestions should be fine
I'm using CM12.1 on the D405n with Xposed Framework installed. I then installed the MobileActiveRadioFix, a small module that you can find in the Download section of Xposed, which fixes the draining battery bug on Lollipop. Now I have the beauty of Material Design with the battery life of KitKat! Seriously, a few kilobytes that extends the battery life so much.

Which one is better?

no such thing as best rom for battery life. battery life is determined by your use, your setup, your choice of apps inatalled, and your signal quality.
Pure Nexus for smoothness and updates. Battery life can be great on Pure Nexus depending on usage. I'm getting 6-7 hrs SOT with PN and ElementalX.
I have tried most recent ROMS but they drain battery like crazy. Can anyone suggest a Android 10 ROM with a good battery life? Or any tips for preserving battery? Thanks.
I used pixel experience 10, arrowOS 11 and am now happily crdroid 11 and the battery consumption is normal. Guess you may need a battery replacement.
