Z3 Compact from Docomo Japan (SO-02G) - Bootloader Lock or... Unlocked? - Xperia Z3 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Dear,
a clarification about it. I have the SO-02G and it is in the config as unlocking not allowed... I can root, I can install the recovery but I cannot flash new / different ROMs.
I see other with the same device of mine but with custom rom: did that model is available with locked and unlocked BL?
Which one is the way to force mine if so?
Cheers

[Q] How to unlock locked boot-loader Xperia Z

I am currently in quite a conundrum, and was hoping one of you guys could help me out.
I recently bought a Xperia Z c6616 From Bell Canada and was under the understanding that the bootloader was unlocked, but to my (not so much (considering its bell)) surprise, it listed me as no under the configuration tab in the services menu (as mentioned on the official sony page.)
I am not financially in a position to buy a new phone, and both sony and bell have turned their backs on me.
What i have done so far :
after some research i came across this page: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z-ZL-ZR/Xperia-z-locked-bootloader/td-p/314658
IT suggested i flashed a generic rom, so i chose this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/ftf-stock-10-1-1-434-4-1-2-global-se-t2223827
My device IS currently rooted, and is running on the ftf mentioned above ([FTF] Stock 10.1.A.1.434 (4.1.2) GLOBAL SE unbranded C6603(LTE) [.253 OTA])
To Sum up the question, I am a developer and would like to utilize a unlocked bootloader, but am unaware of what to do next to get it unlocked.
Please help.
Thanks in Advanced!

You cannot do anything. Your bootloader is permanently locked and there's no way around it.
Flashing generic software doesn't affect the bootloader and the bootloader unlock status is stored in a protected partition (the TA) and cannot be unofficially altered.

[Q] Bootloader unlock allowed NO

Hi all
This is my first Sony phone.
Got it on EE as they did a great offer.
But it turns out that means I cannot unlock my bootloader.
Will flashing the stock UK firmware change this to allow?

[Q] Would flashing a custom ROM remove phone's sim unlock?

Hi guys,
My brother purchased an Xperia Z not too long ago, sim unlocked, and is now wondering if I could flash a custom rom on his device without removing the sim unlock, if it does. Here's some device info:
-originally on T Mobile network
-c6606
-stock rom, build 10.4.C.0.814
-android 4.3
-locked bootloader (device does not allow to unlock)
-rooted
-flashed both Philz and TWRP recovery
-we don't know which sim unlock method was used
My questions:
-Does flashing a custom ROM, e.g. cm based RR, remove the phones sim unlock?
-If so, are there any safe ROMs to flash?
-Some doubt I'd like to clear as it is not my phone: I haven't seen much ROMs for c6606. What features would be removed if I flashed a c6603 (or the other one, c6602, I believe)? Does this affect sim unlock?
Thanks
Juan

You can't install roms other than stock based ones on locked bootloader, I think.

Now that I look at the forum again, that's true. So, would flashing any of the LB stock roms affect sim unlock?

No
Thank you all. I will proceed with the flashing.
No, but you can flash stock based roms. Because of SIM lock, also there would be a Bootloader locking.
If you want to unlock your phone, contact T-Mobile.
In Hungary they unlock it for 10000 HUF (use google to calculate)

Umm..if i'm not wrong...Docomo devices cant be flashed with global rom..
But I think you can flash twrp...From there, just install any f8131 stock rom/custom rom
EDITne more thing ! Count yourself as a lucky person...It's rare to see docomo device's bootloader unlocked
Btw, i found a solution.
So if you device same like me, docomo with unlock bootloader you can use my boot.img in link here
