You can root your ROM by using Towelroot and then install this recovery.

NO. You can't unlock your bootloader if 'unlock bootloader allowed = no'
Since you cannot unlock bootloader, therefore you cannot flash custom ROM on your phone.
Rooting phone do not always need bootloader to be unlocked. There will be some ways available to root your phone with LB.
Also there will be some ROMs available that can be flashed over LB. But they'll be based on stock and will not have more features rather than stock features.
You just need to search here on XDA
I suggest you not to flash any ROM on LB. You'll eventually get bootloops and maybe hard brick.

Nope! As much as I know, you cannot change status from 'no to yes' rather than changing your motherboard to do so. It'll cost you more than you buyed it.
It is related to TA Partition. And EVERY phone has its unique TA. So no one can change its status. Flashing other phones TA to your phone will brick your device.

Have a look;
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development
UB = Unlocked Bootloader
LB = Locked Bootloader
You can only flash ROMs with LB label.
Choose wisely Flash correctly.

In such case you need to roll back to your previous android version. I don't think you could unlock your bootloader. But if you are telling it was 'yes' before, then you should try.
No matter your phone works with every sim or not. TA Partition contains DRM keys as well as many other things related to network, warranty, services which get erased after unlocking bootloader.

Yes you can flash any stock ROM through flashtool. You just need to download appropriate firmware (.ftf)
Even you could update your phone through PC Companion. The latest version is 5.1.1 Available.
BTW why are you trying to flash stock ROM? Are you using any custom ROM already?

You mean bootscreen, right?
Just because of bootscreen are you going to change the entire ROM?
You could change bootscreen manually. Your phone just need to be rooted to do so. To root your phone use kingroot app. If your lucky enough, your phone will be rooted.
There are tons of bootscreens available. Just pick one and place it in /system/media (don't forget to backup old one) with -rw--r--r permissions and Bingo! You have changed your bootscreen.

Try the same app several times. It usually does not succeed in first attempt. It you fail each time, try kingo root with windows software.

Dude, your on latest android version. There isn't any exploit available to root ver 5.1.1
You either need to wait until anyone makes an exploit for your phone or you need downgrade your phone and root it.
There is a pre-rooted firmware available for lollipop But it works only if phone has 5.0.2 .
Unfortunately your phone has 5.1.1 that means you still need to downgrade your phone and flash pre-rooted 5.1.1
Also, your bootloader can't be unlocked. So you need to flash ROM accordingly. Don't ever flash ROM that are meant for unlocked bootloader.

As you're still using a stock based rom, open the dialer and type *#*#7378423#*#*
This will open the service menu, check under general service info (if I remember correctly). You'll find there whether or not your bootloader is unlocked.
Download flashtool by androxyde and the rom you want to flash (you'll find it here on the forum) and flash it via flashtool.
If your bootloader is unlocked, lock it with flashtool (though it won't make any difference as I'm pretty sure you didn't back up your DRM keys)
@St.Jimmy90
what if i provide him with my C6602 keys? can multiple devices be initiated with same keys?
I have rooted 5.1.1 / LB / C6602

by installing stock rom i meant to say android 5.1.1 firmware..
and in that service menu it says
bootloader unlocked allowed:yes..
so does it means i have alrady unlocked or it is locked and unlocking is allowed?

It means your bootloader is unlockable, but currently locked. You do still have your TA partition and DRM keys. To install stock 5.1.1 you can also use sony pc companion, it should be the easiest way. All your current data might be lost, though
my Sony X Performance - AU SOV33, i was up to F8131 the global rom from flashtool, any working good, but my device say unlock bootloader allowed: no. somebody talk to me. i can change status No to Yes, just flash OEM, Baseband from glabal rom.
what do you mean? does your phone has been unlocked the bootloader? i already flash global rom. but bootloader still NO.
I'm having the exact same problem ! Is there anyway to fix it ?
Thanks
Hello
In order to use Realme's flashtool you must have unlocked bootloader.
I would like to ask if after flashing a rom with flashtool, the phone remains unlocked or the bootloader is locked

After using the flash tool the phone bootloader remains unlocked but it wipe your internal storage .
This is my experience using it .
