I'm buying Xperia Z (SFR C6603) sim unlock or sim free i don't know.
Working with all sim cards.
I have problem: phone say bootloader unlock allowed: no,but fastboot & flashmode working.
Can i unlock bootloader or not? thanks. sorry for my bad english.
No you can't if it says no.
Fastboot works on all Sony phones, and on not unlockable roms it can be used to flash a pure stock kernel if you want. But you can also do that via recovery with the right update script or with ftf.

Hello
In order to use Realme's flashtool you must have unlocked bootloader.
I would like to ask if after flashing a rom with flashtool, the phone remains unlocked or the bootloader is locked

Hello,
I am new to Xiami and want to flash the GLOBAL EU ROM to get rid of my french SFR ROM (also GLOBAL) that is outdated. I have read a lot of posts but I am not 100% sure that I can do that (only 95%!). As far as I understand:
- I have to unlock the bootloader,
- Then flash the EU ROM with Mi flash tool,
- Then re-lock the bootloader: this is where I am not sure. Some posts say that I can re-lock it because both ROMs are official and 'GLOBAL"; other posts say that ROMs need to have exactly the same reference to avoid bricking the phone.
To my mind, I feel logical to be able to re-lock the bootlader as soon as both ROMs are official and "GLOBAL". Could you please help me, confirming or not that I can re-lock the bootloader?
Cheers.
good and you can relock your bootloader with mi flash. i do it with a orange rom
Never relock bootloader when you're on any ROM that the device didn't ship with. It will hard brick your device.

OK: if it worked with Orange, it should work with SFR !
How did you re-lock bootloader: with Mi-Flash option "clean and lock" or with fastboot command? If so, which one?
Cheers

I had a UK MI11 with the Vodafone branded firmware, and I flashed the global unbranded version and locked the bootloader afterwards with no problems at all, I just relocked the bootloader with a fastboot command and the phone was fine ?

False ! the same region can relock the bootloader. If your rom is EUOR, EUVF and flash a EUXM, you can relock it
