The installation process work well.!!!
The phone it's working: Making calls, Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, Gallery, Videos, Edge apps ... etc.
The only problem found to this point it's related to Smart View (Screencast). It start the connection but a message appear on the phone that an error has occurred... it's a pop up and too fast to take a screenshoot. I use this feature frecuently. Any idea?

I can't use video calling. When I push the video option under the contacts name it acts as if dialing out but just hangs up. The receiving caller gets the call but can't hear me??

Sorry, that particular function to me has never worked for me in stock or in any rom I would not know what would be the error..
The only prob I have on this rom is when people call me it doesn't ring or anything but only vet the voice message if the leave one in its not every call some rings normal

This is a beautiful ROM. I have T-Mobile and I also have an issue with receiving calls. I’ve tried reloading the ROM and wiping the cache, I can make calls but just get a missed call when receiving them.

you can show how the edget lighting function is configured as explained in the main post, you only have to mark the option "when screen is on" as shown in the photo, if not marked in that option you will have error in the calls this error is also in the original version of the rom..

so 2 things.
as you said virtual recent key doesn't work but i can't disable the back and home ones so it get's my nerves when i touch them and take me out of the app.

Actually the file managers are not repeating,one is a file manager and the other one is Documents app(renamed as files)

ohh okay I didn't knew that. btw when I press to disable hardware keys on the settings app they don't get disabled, maybe you've noticed that & editing /system/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl doesn't fix it.

okok 2 things. have you flashed the Asus camera zip from the lineage thread and if you are using a button remaper to fix the recents key can't we edit some file on the phone to make it work?

okay I need to say one thing. I'm having amazing screen on time. I already have 2h 30 min on 50% but I left my house with 70% at 2 pm so it's lasting very long.

well i've just flashed the asus camera zip.... unfortunatly it doesn't work it just crashes upon installing but someone on the linage thread said they've converted it in a user app and it fixed it so ill try that

turning the asus camera app to user app fixes the problem but i just can't click on the little square that takes me to the gallery to watch the video. I need to go to the gallery app and open it there. not a problem with the rom but with the camera app it self

Mine never worked on los. When I read on op that the call audio was no more a bug I flashed it.. but it's still a bug.. for me..

Before I start naming features, I want throw a huge thank you to @parth111999 for this incredible UI, he freaking killed it! Also a shout out to @Allooosh98 for his Note 7 base and other ported apps from Enigma. To @messi2050 thank you for your awesome Mina Kernel.
This will be the last release for the MarshMallow operating system for all of my roms. Since T-Mobile decided to make everyone wait for Nougat, I decided to release version 2 to hold everyone over. This is DreamMIDNIGHTux, it features a full DreamUX port, every app is themed to be identical to Nougat. Since @parth111999 did an amazing job with this systemui, I decided to theme the Google Apps to match. This is a full blacked out experience with a killer sound to match. Big thanks to the @A.R.I.S.E. Sound Systems team and also @TheRoyalSeeker for creating the incredible Divine beats. Those two mods plus some of my own tweaks give the J700T the best sound around. I've fixed the YouTube issues as well as the edge screen. This ROM comes prerooted with a full system root, DO NOT FLASH SUPERSU OR MAGISK ON FIRST BOOT IT WILL BOOTLOOP YOUR J7. IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR ROOT OPEN THE SUPERSU APP AND TICK FULL UNROOT
After you flash the Rom if you wish to mount data you need to flash the encryption breaker by [MENTION]ashyx[/MENTION] Before you leave recovery. If you flash a SELinux enforcing kernel, as it is your choice, you will break all three apps that enhance the sound. This ROM comes with Xposed Framework by @wanam built in, on first boot open the Xposed Installer app and activate the S8 icons for the full port, then reboot to activate. Also thanks to @moluntic for ported apps. There are also more scripts and mods for speed and battery life, I personally think this is the smoothest and most battery efficient Rom for our J7. I hope you all think the same soon! If I forgot anyone, please PM me and I'll add you. MY TEAM AND I SPENT A LOT TIME DEVELOPING THIS ROM, IT ONLY TAKES 3 SECONDS TO HIT THE THANKS BUTTON PEOPLE!!!

Yes. Always flash the encryption breaker after flashing a ROM or new kernel.
Has any one been able to flash this rom. I flashed it and it is stuck at the samsung logo.
ok so i wiped everything except external sd and then i flashed it directly over my current working rom both result in it being stuck at the samsung logo. I currenty let it sit for like 10 mins.

What do you mean update. I was on the walker rom. since the base was the stock lite. I even tried flashing that first and flashing this rom ontop. Crumle60 Did you get it to work and if so how

Strange. I got Error6...
Flashed on Helium. Booted without problems.
Camera and fingerprint/PIN doesn't work.
There is no Double tap to wake option.
Others work for now. I will update for new bugs or usage feedbacks.

Hydrogen, it took about ten minutes from flashing this ROM by twrp to restart itself. I just a little bit worried about error 7 like before. But finally everything's fine. Something appear s each time I restart the phone , there's an internal problem with your device. Contact your manufacturer for detail. I don't know what's the meaning, so I contact you.???

You can solve temporary this issue by using your power button to hang calls. You will need to delete the default camera app first.

I got a easier way to solve it. Just restart and then it will be OK. But in a while, the same bug appears again.

Sorry, no screenshot saved for now and I go back to nougat again. Each time my phone is restarted, the error sentences just pop up only once in the middle of a screenshot like below, but no more popping up whenever screen off, then on.

i got looped ill flash the boot image to twrp?
I installed the Rom, the boot and I installed Magisk. I noticed that a red message appears when the device starts. The red message is: kernel is not seandroid enforcing.
Root is ok but I noticed a little delay with applications that need root permission.
My device is G610F.

I deleted Magisk and installed Super Su. Now all is ok. There's no red message about kernel; and there's no delay with applications. Thank you Mr Douglas. You are a great developper. My device is G610F.

SM-G610F I followed the instructions and everything works perfect I hope there is a speed indicator. But other than that this is awesome.

Thank you so much for the new ROM.
I made a TWRP backup of my phone and flashed it on top of LOS17.1 *dirty*. (I know I should have flashed it clean but ...) Surprisingly most works as it should 'til now...
The "network traffic indicator" is not working for me. Is that a result of dirty flashing? Does it work for you?
Thanks for yoir fantastic work. Almost everything is working،its fast and battery friendly and I'm so happy with this Rom.
Only some small issues...
1. Can't activate developer option in settings.
2. Like all android 10 custom Roms headphone jack doesn't work.
3. Not all of them but some animations start to lag like hell when you go high DPI (make display size smaller in settings). I can take a video if needed.
4. Rom kills my launcher (hyperion) time to time. And yes I made it default launcher also tried not optimize option in battery and no luck...

No problem here switching off developers options and re-enabling it via knocking at heavens door (aka "Build Number") and entering my key.
When the battery goes to 15% and you are in an application, once you click the turn on battery saver option the application resets.

Open settings>about phone>then scroll down and tap build number, don't open Android version. There's another build number there which is not working. Hope it helps.
Installed this rom (2020-01-24) with opengapps (2020-01-27) nano package. Used for 1 day and found some bugs:
System animations are getting lagy (really annoying)
Headphone jack is not detecting connection (everyone knows)
File manager is not refreshing after doing some task (for example I deleted 1 file but it is showing that file. Opening that folder again or relaunching file manager solves it. Also same with rename. It is showing old name)
Network indicators are shown before alarm icon (they should be after everything i think? It is sliding alarm icon again and again)
Selinux is disabled (Everyone knows)
Using this rom as daily driver. Just animations are making it bad apart from that it is smooth, customisable and greatest Android 10 ROM out there.
So far only Bluetooth stopping
Perfect ROM but cannot wait until headphone 5mm jack works.

When phone is switched off and charging, the power button doesn't switch the phone back on...
