Hi,
I have a simple question : is it possible to downgrade a pebble firmware from 2.0 beta 10 to 1.xx.xx ?
Thanks !
Yes
geschrieben mit meinem nexus 7!!!
How ?
Downgrade the beta to version 8 or 9, then download a 1.xx.xx firmware and sideload it
Actually you might be able to reset it to factory settings and have it downgrade automatically

Wait a second. Firmware for Pebble is one thing, Beta versions are for Android phone. You can sideload whatever version you want, taking into consideration that 2.x firmware should go with 2.x Android phone App. You can even use PebbleBits.com to upload an extended version of the firmwares...
If you go into your Pebbles settings, select about, you will see your current firmware and recovery. For example my Firmware says v2.0.0, but my Recovery says v1.5.5
Selecting Factory Reset will take me back to 1.5.5. You can then upgrade from there.
Hope that helps.

Won't a "Factory Reset" from the settings menu in your Pebble bring it to a 1.x firmware?

nope, factory reset doesn't revert firmware, it just wipes the watch back to stock
I wanted to upgrade my phone to Android 7. But I did not know that Huawei does not update for rooted devices.
That's why I downloaded this ROM
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-5c/help/stock-rom-nmo-l31-model-t3455519
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1165/g104/v72555/f1/full/update.zip
. Then the Android 7 update came to me and updated the phone directly. But sometimes phone gives error system ui has stopped working and phone is slow(on home screen) . There's no way fix it?
How did you flash the firmware?

It's the meltdown and spectre bug fix. That's what I gathered from the official firmware thread. It was released for France earlier in the month. Now csc XEU got it.
I just got the update too. 526 mb update.
got that this morning as well but I thought the meltdown and spectre fix was included in the January update
Hey guys. Sharing great news.... Just updated my L29 to new firmware 9.0.0.171 few minutes ago and now the OEM unlock option can be enabled... See screenshot.
Update: this is official OTA update.
My phone is International L29 bought from Cambodia.
How you do this and provide the details.

I've got international version L29 bought in Cambodia.
I think this will roll out to other regions shortly. Keep checking system update.

Do you remember what build number you had before the 171 update? I bought my phone with 122, then it got updated to 126, 146 and now I'm on 9.0.0.153. Now i know that 153 as well as 171 has a december security patch which makes me wonder if people with .153 update will get the .171.

I'm from Europe/Poland. My 9.0.0.153 update was just December security update, no camera or face unlock improvements. Plus it was just 123MB in size.
Oh i see now. Your phone is a C636, mine is C432, i'm talking about the number in brackets after FW version. That means that your L29 is Global/Asian region (C636) while mine is strictly European (C432)

That makes sense. I think you will eventually get bigger December update.
Mine too can check the check box for OEM unlock. Does this mean we can unlock bootloader?

Yes, if you have an unlock code and that you can only get from FunkyHuawei after you've paid them 55 dollars

Not willing to pay FH atm. Next OTA for C432 will probably enable OEM unlock anyway. If it doesn't then i will think about getting the update from FH.

They provide a method to fake my model to your L29 and then you can select the ideal version of emui 9 yourself and by using the specific version of Hisuit. It looks like a forced OTA.

I already have android 10, the build number is N960FXXU4DSLB. I am not sure what is my carrier but I live in Egypt.. how could I know my carrier!?
I live in United States but I checked for you it looks like your device is on the latest firmware for your model. Just go to Sammobile or Frija and flash firmware with Odin if its nor updating. I have no idea who your carrier is check 960F thread. Sorry
