Hi guys, got this Nexus 4 right back from the past, trying to get QPST working with it, already found the needed combination. But Service Programming keeps asking for MSL code (000000 didn't work). Have already scrolled everything, tried Nexus 5 guides, didn't work for me. Please help me get this hecking code.

Hi everybody. I have a 3 day old HTC One that is locked to the Bell Mobility Network. I have been trying to unlock it with no success. I have purchased the code 3 different times and all 3 times it comes to me as the same code. I have NOT entered the wrong code too many times, I think I'm at 5 attempts now. I put in a non-supported sim and get the message "network locked", please enter code which I do. Every time, I get the same reply, "Incorrect Password". I have a couple other people working on it as well, but nobody is having any luck and I don't want to enter wrong code too many times for obvious reasons. Is it possible to root the phone and unlock it that way??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I used myhtcunlock.com, got the code in 10 mins and it worked on the first try.
Good luck.

I have gotten the code from 3 different places, same code each time. One place even gave me a refund and said they couldn't find a code for it.
I maybe not of big help, but others members did successfully SIM unlocked their phones, have a read HERE.

I did, yes. Same thing as the others. I have been playing around with rooting and stuff for a year or so, but never got too involved in it. I just unlocked my bootloader so should I not be able to unlock by rooting it now? I'm sorry if I sound like a total dumb-ass, this is just screwing with my head more than anything else, lol
Hi,
Apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere on XDA, but I was just wondering if anyone has managed/tried to get Google wallet to work on our beloved HTC one?
Many thanks in advance for all feedback.
I've tried a few times with various firmware versions, and from what I gather unless you are on Sprint it seems rather futile.
Furthest I've gotten is with the modoco mod is the "setting up wallet, this could take 5 minutes." message, but nothing ever happens. I would love to get it working, so hopefully somebody figures it out.

I too am waiting to get wallet on the HTC One. Anyone have it?
I just got my htc one about half an hour ago as I'm waiting for it, I asked the same question. It can be done by pulling the nfc secure files from the sprint version, flashing that, then flashing the modoco mod. If you try without the libs then it won't work. I've learned this from the galaxy s3 forums. We need someone that knows how to pull the libs from the sprint htc one and make a flash able zip. And I think this is the wrong section for questions lol

how come it only works in the U.S? I was reading in the thread that they disable something in the phone so google doesnt know the phone is rooted etc?
The modaco method does not work. It comes with an insufficient privileges notification stating "insufficient secure element privileges for this system image (release-keys)" I really miss this app. I used it so much, was upset when i found out it only works for sprint.
I didn't get insufficient privileges, but it still would never setup. If you got yours to work in the U.S. krps, are you GSM or Sprint? And did you follow the instructions for modaco verbatim or did you do anything different?
Logcat shows no SMX found even on the google play experience device.

Sprint/HTC hasn't released or leaked a 4.2.2 version so those using 4.2 will end up with force close cycles from NFC. (I've tried every combination of libs)

I've tried everything on these forums to unlock my Note 3 SM-N900A At&t to use on Tmobile network but cannot get it to unlock. I've even tried some of those paid sites but they never got back with me. Is it impossible or is there a new way of doing it I haven't tried? Any suggestion?
thank,
Cellunlocker.net i know it works from experience

Do you need root though? I thought you needed region unlocker.
Hi to everyone in this forum. I'm a happy owner of a Nexus 6 which is used on Verizon. I'm gonna root my Nexus 6I wanted to know if the Verizon Login key works on a rooted Nexus 6. I had a rooted Galaxy Nexus and had hacked version of the login key. Does anyone know if there is a version for the Nexus 6 or if the version I used on the Galaxy Nexus works on the Nexus 6? I know this is a minor thing but I use the My Verizon Mobile app which is convenient for me. I'd appreciate any help anyone on here can give me.

im on Verizon and rooted and my Verizon works fine for me.
Edit: just the normal app no hacks or anything
Thanks for the quick reply. Do you need the login key whether you're rooted or not? I ask cuz I downloaded it and I assumed it is why the my Verizon app works.

yes you need to login with just your phone number and account password on any non Verizon device with out there bloat ware
A long story short is, I mistakenly said my Canadian note 5 was Rogers and the provided unlock did not work... I then corrected it to the proper carrier, which was MTS. The replied eventually with the same code. Which did not work..... So I tried another, expensive website... Which returned with the same code... Which did not work. I am now $60 into the unlocks... And nothing! I have unlocked 1000 phones using this method and sites.....
Does anyone have any ideas or solutions? Thanks
A hammer?
