[Q] Can't connect to this network right now (MINICM10)

Hello, today i've installed the new MINICM10 to my phone. It have unlocked bootloader, lastest baseband e right kernel. Installation goes fine, but i've only one problem. I can't connect to any network operators. Wifi works good, so the problem is only with carriers. Anyone have found similiar problem? I've searched in this forum but i haven't found anything

Stock Firmware For Indian XT1092

I've found some stock firmware images of XT1092 and there are both 4.4.4 and 5.0 images... But I'm little bit confused about which one is correct for Indian XT1092... Can anyone confirm which one is correct ??

The one with "EU" in between the characters, is ours.

I'm on 5.1 right now... Will it be a problem if I flash 5.0 ? By flashing 4.4.4 will it brick ??

DO NOT flash 4.4.4, because it has the older bootloader. Once you receive an OTA, and you update, you'll get a permanent brick. I don't know about 5.0 either, because I'm running on 5.1 too. Just check some forum posts if the bootloader in 5.1 is the same as 5.0. It could be, or it couldn't be. I am not a very advanced user.

You can go back,just don't flash motoboot.img and gpt.bin.Then don't flash OTA,flash firmware if you want to get back to 5.1 .

What he means is, if you downgrade, do not use an OTA ever. It can brick your phone.
The only safe way to upgrade after a downgrade is to flash a full firmware image.

None, when you try, it does not let you downgrade those. And since they can't be downgraded that is what causes an OTA to fail. But trying to flash those does no harm since it won't let you.

It's the only one for xt1092 so should be, but everything is at you're own risk offcourse.

Recovery and Roms for XT1096 Verizon

Ok so now that some people have unlocked the bootloaders im sure people have questions like which roms are safe and what recovery can we use that are safe for our beloved device , so can anyone direct me on where to go?

I installed twrp on my phone and flashed stock 6.0 xt1095 firmware (I don't need cdma, only gsm matters to me so I don't care).
Stock 6.0 is really smoother, faster and I believe that battery life is better either because of doze.
You can also flash cm 13 but it's not that stable right now.

Is CM 12.1 safe on the XT1096?

Currently on Nexus Experience 6.0.1, data seems to be broken tho

CyanPop has been running awesome on my phone, with the exception of the video recorder working. It's a very customizable and refined rom.

Does data work?

CM13 nightly works just fine on my XT1096 (Google Fi Data SIM)

Running CM13 Nightly Builds on my xt1096 and data is working fine though it does says my signal is T-CDMA 64 instead of verizon.

Just be extra sure, when you say CM 12.1 or 13 is safe with the XT1096 you mean it's compatible with Verizon's CDMA network?

Everything is fine here , just had to change a few apn settings I have a straight talk sim inserted

I'm having trouble finding stuff specific to XT1096 and have a few questions if anyone is able to answer:
Is it now possible to root stock 5.1 updated via OTA?
Do all victara roms work on this variant?
Is there a stock rooted 6.0 rom available so soon?
Is there a link to recoveries?

i flash my 1096 with the brazil marshmellow with the verizon 5.1 modem but the network wont stick to ltegsmcdma network it will for a minute then goes back to ltegsm i dont know why im trying other thingds but i havent got it yet,..if i could find a sprint marshmellow firmware i bet i could get that to work maybe i dont know;;;

Okay so bootloader unlocked , twrp installed and everything , tried Nexus experience rom installed with no problems but no 4g lte signal ? Anyone else having this issue? If so what Roms have data working?

So u can install any rom on xt1096 as long as u r not using CDMA ? Gsm will work?

I'm not that sure but I believe it is possible though...
I flashed the stock 6.0 and right now system recognizes my phone as xt1095, and I use gsm so everything's fine.

I flashed over the latest version of CM and lost my CDMA LTE service. My phone still registers as a XT1096. Is there a way to get my service back? I'm with Verizon. Or do I have to flash back to stock, relock bootloader and start all over again?

As I said in the post you quoted you WILL lose cdma service if you flash it. There is no way to have a stock rom with marshmallow and cdma.

I'll second this, latest CM nightly has full CDMA LTE support. Been 3 or so hours haven't seen any major bugs, or anything that would be considered experience breaking.
Only thing your really lose is Moto Voice, as ambient display works basically the same as Active Display albeit without the slower co-processor.

i think the chop for flash light and twist for camera works better then moto tbh and no real bugs yet either but havent played with it much

I'd love a stock rooted 6.0 rom. I'm stock rooted on 5.1 right now and everything is working great. Anyone have an update on CM now that it's been a couple days? Has anyone attempted to add Xposed to 5.1?

I'm not that experienced with this but I have an xt1096 and unlocked the boot loader and flashed twrp on it then did a clean install of cyanpop 5.0(runs android 6.0.1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3277786) it runs nicely in my opinion other than a couple bugs that need squashing

TWRP 3.3.0.0 is encrypted when I fastboot boot it to flash Magisk. How do you flash the TWRP on 52.0.A.8.25? ?
I've done it before, but not now.... ?
