Hi all,
Spotify keeps using sensors even when not in use, and this drains my battery. Not that much, but I don't want Spotify to do that. How can I force stop Spotify on exit with Tasker?
Any help on this would be great! Thanks in advance!

Hi, not sure what I have done but it is bloody annoying, I hope I can get some help.
I rooted my Tab a few weeks ago and it is working fine. I also downloaded 'Root Tools' a couple of days ago but am not sure if that is the problem, I have tried uninstalling it but it hasn't made a difference.
The problem I have is that every time I switch my phone on from a cold start I get this music playing, very loudly and I can't seem to stop it or find the track. I have to put the phone in silent mode to stop the music playing but when I come out of silent mode the music is still playing. Does this suggest it is a ringtone?
I go into my music player and play every single track but it isn't the one that is constantly playing. when I come out of the music player sometimes it stops.
Is their anything I can install that can stop this? A theme or something? Not sure but it is driving me nuts,lol.
I have done a virus check and it informs me the phone is clean.
I hope you have a better idea than me. Thanks for any help in advance.
Tried checking your notification sound settings? I had similar issue and found it was that.

I got it to stop but not sure how. It is techno music that plays and plays but searching on the phone I can still not find it.
I'm glad it has stopped but would really like to know why. Could it have anything to do with a root app?
Hello everyone. I need a little help here. Im trying to listen to music in my headphones but every time my screen locks my music stops. im on stock rom 2.3.5. Icant seem to find any help on why it's doing this. and if i leave my screen on my battery will die faster. Is there anything I can do to stop my music from pausing when the screen is locked.

What music player? Have you tried force closing, then clearing data. Then opening?

It happens on all music players. The music plays while I have my head phones in bit once the screen shuts off the music stops. But it my head phones is not in and the screen shuts off the music continue to play. I tried different head sets to.

Hi everyone ! I have a really annoying with my GT-9070
While I am listening music (using stock music player), suddenly the music randomly pauses. So, I have to open the device and press play again. It frequently occur, so it is annoying.
Does everyone have this experience or know how to fix it ?

Hey everyone, ever since the first Lollipop update, I've noticed that whenever I listen to music, the music player would pause itself seemingly at random. This has happened with Google Play Music and Spotify, and I tested the Walkman app with the same results. It's not due to accidental headset control presses either, as I've run into the issue just using the phone's speakers. It's quite annoying, and I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. A quick search turned up mostly Bluetooth-related problems, or headphone jack issues, but nothing quite like this. Any help or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks!
Happens to me to. Headphones plugged in and not. Google play music and pocket casts.

i had this issue on miui v5 rom but it is fixed on miui v6...so it is related to rom problem...do a factory reset..even if it doesnt works use greenify to kill the backround running apps...it may also cause that issue...try it..hope this helps

I am not sure if this problem is specific to the p20p or if it's Oreo related but the intense battery saving keeps killing my music player service while I am connected to Bluetooth headset and music is paused. It means I can't use the headset buttons to continue playing. I have changed the battery optimization to manual and told it to ignore the app but it still keeps killing the service. Has anyone else had a problem like this or does anyone have a solution?
