Why most of the BCM21654 kernel devs didn't make the kernel source available? That's very irritant for another kernel devs, even more if the device being developed has only one source...

Hello I want to set the max Big CPU frequency to 1248MHz, but it resets at 1794Mhz each time I unlock the phone... Is there a way to prevent it ?
Edit : I've created a script that start on Screen-Unlock's event, with these two line in it :
1 : chmod 777 /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
2: su -l system -c echo 1248000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
And it works lol, I'm gonna stick with that for now ^^
How to download can you put link below

Project spaget is buggy on j7 prime as per user reviews.
Is that thing fixed (random reboots and stuff).??
If it is fixed then we can move to aosp roms and install kranken kernel.
Btw it's awesome work
