SM-T817T ROMs compatibility - Galaxy Tab S2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

After searching I cannot find ROMs that are tailored for the t817t model. I have tried flashing t815 ROMs in twrp and get the error 7 message. Am I missing something?

[Solved] Chainfire3D threw my device into boot loop

I rooted my device following the instructions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-s2/general/guide-root-tab-s2-t3205019
Then I started installing my root apps, one of them being CF.lumen, but the app kept asking to install Chainfire3d. So I did and the device fell into bootloop on the very first day: I didn't even get to use it for heaven's sake.
My Device: T710, Lollipop 5.1.1, 8.0 Inch
Location: US
Cellular ROMS that I tried: T710XXU1BOH7_T710XAR1BOH7_XAR & T710XXU1BOH6_T710XAR1BOH6_XAR
I cleared the cash and factory reset the device hoping it would help, but it didn't. I tried to flash few ROMS including the Cellular South ROMS from here to no avail:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-T710/
I can still root and and flash TWRP but I don't seem to be able to flash ROM and get out of this ditch. Please help if you have any idea what should I do.

I didn't know my stock version so that is why I was trying different versions. But just few minutes ago I found it, it was T710XXU2BOJ1_T710XAR2BOJ1_XAR by Cellular South (for US, got it from sammobile). Thanks to @ashyx for mentioning "Cellular South" in response to a similar problem someone else had on this board.

I’m confused and overwhelmed. Please help me get back into my phone.

So, I have an Honor 5C (I’m in Europe, if that’s significant), I’ve been rooted for a while and today I wanted to install a custom ROM. After installing TWRP using the official app, (I tried it with fastboot, but no success) I downloaded the LineageOS 14.1 ROM and tried to install it. This failed, I got error 7 and started googling the cause. No success. Right now I’m just confused with all the different 5C models and apparently different EMUI versions. My questions:
1. How do I know what model I have? (NEM-L21, NEM-L22, NEM-L51 etc.)
2. What’s up with the EMUI versions? I know I had 4.1.2 and never got a notice saying I could update to 5.x, so how are people on those versions?
3. Same for the Android version, I was on marshmallow 6.0 but other people are on nougat?
4. I wiped everything and am unable to boot right now. What ROM must I download to boot again? And is it possible for this to be nougat, instead of marshmallow which I was previously on?
Thanks in advance, I’m very new to this scene and all the different models and versions are kind of overwhelming me
First of all, you shouldn't use the official twrp, because that once partially bricked my phone, and you should have used EliteTWRP for installing the roms, because it required you to back up before some partitions, that official twrp couldn't, also, to answer your first question, you find it out in your phone's settings app, in the About Phone section, but since you didnt look at that before you flashed and deleted everything, I don't know how to figure it out without the settings app, also diffirent region phones get diffirent updates, my dad's honor 6 never got an update out of 4.4.2, but some phones had access to newer versions(not by flashing custom roms), also you should download some dload things i dont remember how to do it, never done that myself, but for that I'm pretty sure you need to know if you're using NEM-L21, NEM-L22, NEM-L51 or something like that

Having Trouble With Custom ROMs

I've been having loads of issues with installing Treble ROMs. Currently I'm on the PRA-LX1's most recent update with EMUI 8, (C432) and have only recently found out that Askuccio's TWRP is around. Previously I've been trying and trying with TWRPs like Haky86's which couldn't have even worked because it's built for EMUI 5, I've tried Pretoriano's for the P10 lite, as well as some other random one which is Chinese. Pretoriano's is always unable to mount my /storage/ or /system/ and therefore I can't wipe or flash anything properly, and the chinese one just placed me in a bootloop after flashing the Treble RR ROM.
I now have the Askuccio TWRP and I need to know before I try again - will I get a bootloop, or get in a mess all over again? I can't back anything up beforehand because of encryption and inability to root before switching to a custom ROM. The last times I've tried I've had to keep booting and messing around until eRecovery manages to reproduce itself from seemingly nothing and then redownloads my system firmware again.
Has anyone had proper success? Do you recommend any ROMs to use? I'd prefer RR, Lineage or Omni but at this point anything is fine. Thanks
I'm in the same boat as you. I have had many phones and rooted them all, but somehow the help on this forum lacks detail and consistency. I also have the TWRP installed but can't get any further down the line - where is the root? Can't install custom roms, can't get adaptive SD, just got unlocked bootloader and FWP!
