So, I had a shop rom in my device then I wanted to install a Oficial Rom via QFIL.
Everything went fine with the installation, some Sahara and FireHose errors but I managed that. But after the installation fo the ROM my devices won't start. At first installation it kept rebooting after the white ZUK logo, after another tries it just stuck at the white ZUK logo, and after other tries it stuck at the blue ZUK logo.
I've already tried the 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, 2.3 and 2.5 ROMs.
I know that I should install the 1.9 first and then update via OTA, but I can't start my device properly after the installation. It just gives the message "your device failed the verification and may not work properly" and then stuck at some of the parts that i mentioned.
Please, help! Even if you have another 1.9 ROM please share with me. I've downloaded the 1.9 ROM that is in the "How to Flash a Oficial ROM" Thread.

Hi. I've got into a problem.
Recently I unlocked the bootloader and rooted my phone. Then I installed Lineage OS. When I tried to go back to stock ROM,flashing it via recovery, it got stuck at boot animation (blue waves).
Other ROMs based on AOSP, like Carbon ROM, and the same Lineage OS can boot and work fine. But when I install Sony stock based ROMs, they just get stuck at the animation.
I've tried many things.
-used factory reset in recovery several times.
-tried different ROMs (the same problem happens just with stock based ROMs, while Custom are working)
-tried locking the bootloader and using software repair with Xperia Companion. Getting an error everytime
-tried flashing with flashtool by androxyde. It just aborts the flashing when I connect the phone in flashmode. It says :
error : null
erorr : flashing aborted.
Will be glad for any help.
So. I just fixed this problem, after struggling with it for about 3-4 days. Maybe this "magical" way will help someone that will get into this problem too.
-I had Lineage OS installed on my device
-downloaded eXistenZ Marshmallow - v5.6.5 (which is based on stock sony firmware) from a XDA post and transfered the .zip to internal storage
-entered recovery and did a factory reset (wiped data,cache, dalvik/ART)
-flashed the eXistenZ from internal
-I got stuck in the animation boot (strangely, the animation was from Lineage OS
-I powered off the device
-opened the flashtool and the flashing process started, without any errors.
Now i'm back on stock firmware, and it loads without problems. I guess Lineage OS deleted some files required for stock roms to work properly/flashtool to start the flashing process ,and the eXistenZ mod added the missing files. I just don't find any other explanation.

yesterday y want to flash only the ams file over flashtool (androxyde) and I have same problem

cant flash none of stock ftf file, after I swich on EMMA recovery (fresh install) I see new file on support (291 firmware) flash this and all seems to be normal again , now I'm back on Lineage OS 14.1
Unfurtunately it doesn't work for me :/ I dont know why this occurs, many z3c's can handle it

I bought a new lenovo Z2 plus in India. As the presinstalled Rom was very slow and laggy. I unlocked the bootloader via the image file from zuk site. I used adb and fastboot to install twrp recovery. I am not sure which version of it i installed but it was either for lenovo z2 plus or zuk z2. I tried to flash custom roms into my phone I was successful in installing discovery rom but I was getting some error saying unable to mount /cust. I wanted to install resurrection remix on my z2 plus. but I got error in all the roms i tried either error 7 or or something like 'this rom is for z2plus, zuk z2 but this phone is z2121' So i read somewhere that i should install the chinese verion of the TWRP which will remove this problem so I flashed the new recovery image over the previous one.
The current situation is that There is no ROM installed in my phone, the phone is not booting up in the recovery mode, the screen just lit ups but nothing comes on it, when i connect the phone to pc, i get something but the internal storage is not displayed. I am able to boot the phone in fastboot. I would be really grateful if anyone can help me out with this issue.
What do you mean by "new recovery image"? Are you recovering to stock recovery and boot image? Where did you source it?
I myself have searched a lot for the stock recovery of this device for a different purpose but so far no luck. My guess is that you might have flashed the wrong stock recovery. Please note Z2 Plus and Z2 Pro are different devices.
After installing TWRP with reference to other threads, it got stuck in bootloop and stopped running.
I don't have a backup.
Is there any way to return to StockROM?

I switch my cc9 from chinese rom to global rom using fastboot (pyxis_global_images_V11.0.1.0.QFCMIXM_20200309) few month earlier. It was going smooth and suddenly it got hang 1 week earlier and after i restart it stuck in MI logo.
Then I flash it with pyxis_global_images_V11.0.3.0.QFCMIXM_20200610. (latest version). After flash my device start getting hang very frequently and release automatically after few seconds. I thought the latest version is not working properly.
So I decided to go to earlier version pyxis_global_images_V10.3.1.0.PFCMIXM_20190911. But it got error during flash process.
After that I'm unable to flash with any rom. It shows "FAILEDremote: Check device console.)" during the flash.
What can I do now?

And when I flashed TWRP I Formatted Data, Used universal forceencrypt disabler, and after booting to phone and then trying to go to recovery, my phone is now stuck in a bootloop and Red Text Saying Only Official Binaries can be Flashed. I went to SamMobile, got the zip file, flashed in Odin, then back to normal, I've reflashed Stock ROM for 7 times straight. Even then, TWRP Fails to load with the red text saying Only Official Binaries can be Flashed. Please help me, I need a custom ROM urgently.

Enable developer mode
Disable OEM lock in developer mode
Read about RMM little bit
Wait 7 days
Flash twrp
There are two encrypted partition the name I forget but you have to reformat it google before procedure
Then format phone
Install any custom ROM that you want
PS project sakura is end of life, lineage 19.1 is pretty stable
