I'm trying to change 4G icon to LTE icon but I don't find LTE icons which I could put, so if someone has LTE icons from android ui it would be nice to put link in here.
(I didn't find eny threads which would provide only LTE icons, I found only 4G LTE icons, so created a new one)
Wouldn't it be easier to use Ozone in Substratum?
Yes it would be but it doesn't work
More info would be useful, such as OS version and if you're rooted
I am rooted and oos version is 5.0.4
Try Xposed+Flat style Bar indication module.

I noticed that in some custom ROMS that there has been an icon for the antenna that gives more info than just Edge or 3G. I cant remember what ROM i saw it on but i was curious if someone has this as a stand-alone that could be loaded onto a stock, rooted FRF91, that would be great. As an alternative, if you could point me to a ROM that has this, i'd give it a try.
Custom ROMS are nice, but many are too flashy and colorful for my liking.
I think you're talking about the H icon for HSDPA its from cyanogen

It's possible to manually add this feature in ROM non-cyanogenmod?
Hi all,
UPDATE: NEW VERSION
I am proud to present you the new Feats-It v5(.0) There has been a lot of changes that have happened since the last release, and I am proud to say that all of them brought improvements. Indeed, the improvements are so large and my fellow testers so satisfied, I would call this the most major version of these features yet. Also, there is a new member, jtdo to my team and he was the first to test a working version of these features for the 7510. This, unfortunately has a con too. For now (but that will change soon!) we will be shipping a Wifi-Only version of Feats-It v4. Anyway, have a look on what the most major release of Feats-It contains:
Beats Audio
Tons of new wallpapers! You will love these!
More Live wallpapers!
More tweaks than you can imagine! Your Tab will feel smooth as silk. Promise!
New Widgets
Apollo CyanoGen Mod Music App
And much more!
SjLover font from LG
The old computer bootanimation is included, showing very realisitic info.
DOWNLOAD NOTE: However it may say it is for 7310, it is for 7510. And also it is version 5, although is says version 3.
Download the WIFI-Only Version
Download the 3G version
Please Enjoy!
Update: Talking to some devs and adding stuff to make 4.1. I might even get a Galaxy Nexus version if my testers wake up and test it
what are the features?
how to install?
does it has support for openvpn and cifs?
The feature are listed in the change log. You flash it in CWM, and there is no need for a data wipe.
Glad you like it! Can somebody outside my testers tell me how is it working?
Looks sweet... Does this work with any rom? Thanks

does this work on task's 14 slim build?
Did you look at the Threads name? It says ICS.
Right. It works with any ICS ROM.
Thread title is wrong: it says "GT-P7500" but, as now, there's only P7510 version available...
Can't wait for 3G support!

Anyone else tested for P-7510 and confirm it as stable?
This should not have any screen disorientation and provide faster/buttery smooth scrolling.
Right. I will give you a 7500 version soon. Got what I needed
I flashed over the cm nighties 0530version.
The rotation from vertical to horizontal and seems faster.
I like the wallpapers.

Bump! 3G support! Download now!
Doesn't work on p7500 CM 9 Nightly from 01.06.2012 - launcher settings are gone, i see wallpapers and widget from asus, can't see any live wallpapers. 3G and WIFI isn't blue any more (icon indicator is grey).
Yes the speed improvement is good, but it messed my Gmail and callendar so there are to mach "buts" to stay on this.
I hope someday it will be suitable for CM9 Nightlies.
1. You are using trebuchet. It didnt make your settings lose, it just installed trebuchet. If you really care about the settings, you can clear trebuchet's and launcher2's appdata and it will give you the option to switch back to Launcher2
2. Dont blame me for the indicator icons. It does not replace SystemUI.apk or framework-res.apk.
3. Try to replace the zips build.prop with the CM9 one. If you do that, you will lose the performance tweaks, but it will fix anything bad the zip has done. If it does not, it is the CM9's fault and it is not the zip's fault.
It should work just fine. Any other reviews?
This made my tab smoother than ever. Thank you so much

I have the AT&T One using the international CID so I could get rid of the AT&T Icons, Well I see in the Venom rom that it has a choise to change it to the T-mobile icons and it works! Any way to do this without using the rom?
No one??

You can change the data icons in SystemUI to the Tmobile ones. Or I might be inspired at some point to add them to my mod as an alternate to AT&T and International icons.
EDIT: It's a slow day at work today, so I went ahead and added T-Mobile icons to my mod.

Awesome! Thank you!
I have the Verizon model and was quick to unlock it, thank god. Anyways I'm trying to change the status bar icons and colors. I tried installing the xposed mod in this forum and it didn't work.
Is there any mod I can use/flash to change my icon colors??
sent from my flying blue police box traveling through time...
Check the sprint htc one forum. Their mods should work. I wouldn't flash any roms though.
I would love to do this like you can via xposed on Kitkat.. Many feature packed KK roms is able to do this..
Is it easy to do or?
I really dislike the LTE icon ?
All help is extremely appreciated..
Just change the image in systemui apk. Not difficult to do at all.

Isn't 4G the same as H+ and H is 3G so LTE would be LTE of I'm not mistaken. I'm sure this could be changed easily if you know where to find the time and edit it.

H+ is advertised as 4G but its really 3.5G, its just all weird marketing terms. It is easily changed its in /res/xxhdpi, find _lte and replace it with the one with _4g. Easy to do.

I see, my H+ speeds are generally 20-30mb/s so that's not bad at all but not 4G thank you for clarifying that. Can you change it via a root explorer or do you need to pull apart the whole settingsUI?

Would you mind explaining? Can't find it..
You could create a ZipThemer theme for it if you had the images. Not difficult.
Interestingly my phone displays 4g resources, not LTE.

Don't know how do that..
Mine does show 4G on stock and on some of the custom roms, but not all and since this is the xda forum I thought someone would know how to do this and would be kind enough to tell me
A zipthemer theme replaces resources in your ROM & creates a flashable theme that you install from recovery. Its not difficult to create the theme & I may have time to make it for you in the next day or so.
I would need a copy of your SystemUI.apk though, for the image names.
EDIT: Sorry, actually this won't work, because the icons are in .xml now, not images. If it was images it would be easy.

No, then it would give a error because its trying to find a LTE XML file and its not there.
You're better off just leaving it, its just cosmetics. Not that big of a deal than to go through the hassle.
I'd go look and find it for you but thats only for that particular set up that its not worth it.
