I got hands on yesterday with the Samsung note 9 and I have to admit it's amazing I am not sure it's an upgrade from the p20 pro
Anyone else considering
Anyone else saying no and if so why
I have one on pre order but can cancel but need reasons whether to or whether not to
Thanks

Just wait till Mate 20pro you will be amazed!
When is that due ??
The p20 pro is smaller than I like as I moved from the 8 plus
Love the camera but I've used Samsung devices before and they are always amazing
Problem is the 40mb camera is good but I only use the 10mb one
Am so undecided ?

No urge at all to get it. I have bought all previous note handsets except for the 7. I am very happy with the p20 pro so far.

It's a great tablet. Obviously I'm typing on it now.
It's gonna get KitKat, and it will hold you over for at least another year...

Buy. It.

That's a very good deal. It will be worth checking the price for 3G model, it's better to have it as data plans have become cheaper in India.

Got the 32GB Wifi model for 12k (INR) for my daughter's ninth birthday. Great deal, imho. Today's the last date of discounts, so I suggest any of you guys not sure about the purchase, make the jump!

Ughh, Yes? You should, because the Nexus 7 is one of the top android tablets on the market, that's including the old and new versions.

just bought two
129 quid in the uk atm
@Mohdsultan..its still a very capable device. And 8999 is still a good price. Eventually it all boils down to what you want to use it for. If you want to use it on the move you are better off getting the 3g version

I'm done with the Note series. I don't understand why Samsung is following Apple's greedy business ways. Any suggestions as to what to buy? I'm looking to buy really soon.
Thanks in advance! !

Other options coming soon with rumored stylus are LG g4 pro, lumia 950xt cityman. No stylus are the new nexus devices current gen nexus 6 if you don't want to wait, or even the zenfone2 is a midrange priced powerhouse of a phone. October should be interesting.

Are any of them phablets? I love the big sized screen.
Thanks for the reply. .

Or you can hold out wait for a few months for the new batch of phones, like the windows one, seagus v2, possibly a rugged note 5 with sd card slot and 4100mah battery, or go for the note 4, it's still and will be a great phone for at lease another year or 2. I don't blame you, I also want nothing to do with the note 5, it's a shame to me.
Ok. I hope the Note 5 has a second version. I would wait around for that.

Phablet options G4 pro should be 5.8 inch qhd, all metal back, snapdragon 820 and stylus. The windows lumia should be 5.7inch qhd and work with the surface pro 3 stylus.

Personally I'm waiting on the nexus 2015 line or to see if they release a better version of the note 5.
Just stay with the note 4
Moto x pure.
Sony Z5 Ultra. Was reading about it this morning. Looks pretty sweet. Not going to be released for a while though.

So I have 64 gb note 5. I planned to upgrade to note 7 in December. But sadly note 7 is no more. Now I have two options:
1- get s7 edge
2- one plus 3T
Which one do you recommend? I absolutely love my note 5 camera and my sisters s7 edge camera is even better. But I want a newer processor and software. So do I wait for s8 which wud be very expensive..... or OP 3T camera wud do the job?

If you want the best camera+newer processor+different ROM than Samsung then the best choice for you would be Pixel phone.
In Op3t you wont get the best camera, it does perform 80% of s7 edge's camera and if you are coming from note 5 there will be not much upgrade in camera department.

Could anyone recommend a good/trustworthy dialer that's as close to vanilla Android as possible? Been with the Nexus range for years and have been subjected to a (work) iPhone till now, and the P20 Pro is a breath of fresh air, I just prefer the more stock look you get from the Nexus/Pixel dialers.
Thanks
