Music player with low battery consumption?

Hi everyone...
I am going on a rather long trip so I am wondering if such a thing exists?
Pocketplayer really drains out the battery, I can't use Coreplayer because of album-art issue...
Is there a music player that will last more than 10 hours of music play in X1?
I have consistantly been able to get 8 to 10 hours from PocketMusic with a few phone calls and no other activities.

Music Player Runtime

Hi guys, how long can you listen to music using your galaxy note built-in music player? Does android perform deep sleep while playing music? I noticed mine is using 6-8% battery an hour of playing. Is this normal? I remember using blackberry and iphone where I can listen to music for more than 15 hours and still have battery left.
using gingerbread darky 3.3 rom with 4.0 abyss kernel
Thanks!
Mine doesn't go into deep sleep while playing, so yeah it uses more battery.

[Q] music player drain on ics roms

Im on ics aokp build 23 and was previously on slim ics. I had the same problem, battery drain happens to me when i am using the stock music player. For an hour using it it took about 10% of the battery. Anyone experiencing this or have a fix on this? Thanks

I had the same problem (Along with phone heating up to 110F o.o) my only solution to you is to use a music player off of the market. I have been using PowerAmp because it has alot of different sound quality options including bass boost.

[Q] Note Battery life with Bluetooth Headset(Music playback)

please share your experience regarding Note's Battery life with Bluetooth Headset, for music playback
Is it good going for a blue tooth headset for listening music?
or wired headset is better?
Good sound quality... Good battery life... Go for Wired headset.
I have not found any issues. Battery use is obviously higher, but not so bad that I would not use it. I only use the wired phones when I am going somewhere with no bag and need a 'pocket' solution, as I find the wires irritating.
I have found BT to be choppy on every single device when the set is on the opposite side to my body. I think it is mainly me, and may be because I need to lose some weight (all that fat is getting in the way of the signal ). I have my phone on my left hip and every BT headset has the receiver on the right.
Interestingly, after rooting, removing bloatware and flashing the abyss kernel, I have no more of these issues. Unfortunately I do not know which of these made it better, but I suspect the kernel.
I use Bluetooth to listen to music during commute, I don't think you need to worry about Bluetooth usage affect the Note's battery life too much. The Bluetooth device will run out of battery long before the Note does.
Music quality through Bluetooth is not as good as through wire, but it is more than acceptable for use out and about in noisy enlivenment. Beside to be able to change volume and skip track without touch the Note is so convenient.
Hi, The bluetooth is always activated on my GN and the battery life stays great! I use a2dp bluetooth everyday to listen to my music in the car and with my bluetooth headset and i was surprised because it's the first Samsung battery that doesn't gets out of power until i get back home (I had galaxy Mini, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S and S2...) So go for bluetooth headset, don't worry about the battery life you will be surprised about it
Finally, sorry about my english, it's not my native language
As a long time user of my mw600 Bluetooth and testing over months i can say that after listening to music for 10 hours straight my Bluetooth was only responsible for 2% of my battery drain. After listening to music for that long my battery was at 50%.

Battery life seems unchanged, I have two Bluetooth stereo headsets a cheaper generic and the Jaybird Freedom. I use them mainly for audio books and music listening for two or three hours at a time. Occasionally I will also use the data connection and I think the battery drain is almost the same as if I'd not be using the headsets.

[Q] Tunein Radio and battery drain

I'm sorry if this question is in the wrong location. I have the Tunein Radio app which I loved when I was with iPhone but is pretty crap on Android. It seems to me that whenever I use this for music (not streaming but playing files I have recorded) then it seriously drains the battery. Even if I only use it for 40 minutes and stop it. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes,but its normal I think,if you use it you need to close it after
And for me I not use the widget cause it drain battery due to autostart at boot and phone have no deepsleep if widget is in use
I have pro version
BtW this apps is very cool
