Hi bros,
Is there any one experienced? My phone is starting randomly restart after a software update. On this version N950FXXU4CRGA, it is a bit improved, less restart but the previous one was nightmare. It was 5-6 times a day, warranty does not much help since it was good at shop, no error found.
My phone is not rooted.
Pls help to identify if there is.
Thank you,
You may first try with a factory reset, to see if that solves it
Try wiping the Cache Partition in Recovery Mode then perform a hard factory reset. As it could be a software conflict.

I love my new Note 4, but I experience twice in the last week of this new phone that is says: Samsung Keyboard has stopped working and then the keyboard would be stuck at the bottom of the screen. After trying to fix it for a few seconds, it would reboot itself. Anyone else has this problem? Solutions?
Try clearing the cache maybe that will help.
im also having the same exact problem after updating to lollipop. I've wiped cache in boot and all it did was cause one of my chargers to not fast charge anymore. but my keyboard is still crashing atleast 5 times a day. this happens whenever I long press and letter for a symbol, it doesnt matter what app im in, if i try to type a symbol through shortcut by long pressing a letter, 4 out of 5 times my keyboard will crash. I've been trying to find the solution to this but no luck.

I bet that all three of you did not do a full and complete wipe including factory reset
before you odin flashed the new lollipop COD6 firmware.
If that was the case then go into twrp recovery and do a full wipe including factory reset
but don't reboot the phone, navigate twrp to the "download mode" option and click that
and then get odin ready and re-flash the phone with the lollipop firmware.
A full wipe always includes system, data, cache, dalvik cache and last but not least factory reset.
Be sure to do a nandroid backup in twrp before flashing anything.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I just checked my baseband. It is COD6 and I did do wipe cache when I update it from 4.4 to 5.0.1. If the random reboot show up again, I'll do factory reset + full wipe
Hi I hope you all will be fine.
Model# N960U1
Yesterday I updated to andriod pie. After updating I got all new look nd software but one thing note that the mid section of my screen didn't respond to touch. Along with that some times screen freez nd after ten seconds it come back to life. I have tried wipe cache and safe mode start but nothing help. I tried another method like backup data nd factory reset after that phone start working normal but after twelve hour phone of use and encounter the same issue now u can't do that every time to reset. Please advise a solution..
Does it happen if you boot in safe mode? If not there might be some app conflicting. If it is still occurring in safe mode then try factory reset but no data restore. If the issue comes back contact Samsung for repair.

Have you tried backing up only your messages, files and photos without the apps and system settings then factory reset? Do that and redownload all of your apps fresh from the playstore then redo all of your system settings all over again. That could help a lot.

Try wiping the Cache Partition in Recovery Mode. If that doesn't work backup your device and perform a Hard Factory reset

Adding DUN to the APN name Types list fixed this problem for me
my son installed Mobile Legends and played for several minutes then the phone suddenly freezes. after few seconds the phone Restarts.
From then it only lasts for 5mins then reboot again and again.
Heat and/or miner/malware etc. .
Let it cool for a while then try again. It may have overheated. If this doesn't work, try deleting the phone's cache. If all else fails, do a factory reset, again delete cache/dalvik.

Malware at work. What source was the game downloaded from?
First clear app data and then uninstall. If all fails factory reset.
Go back to BROM mode and install the official ROM from scratch. If you need help, send me a PM.
Make a free stock clean install vith mtk client in brom mode. this app have damaged some system files and also boot partition

Thank you for keeping in touch. I succesfully reflash the stock ROM. its been a day under observation and doing well so far.
Hello! I apologize if the terminology won't be correct but i'm not very tech savvy and i'm learning while trying to fix this mess
I have this rooted Samsung A715F (no custom rom) given to me by my cousin some time ago (he can't help me).
The day before yesterday it started boot-looping out the blue and i initially wiped the cache partition without success then i tried to flash the last firmware with Odin after reading some guides here, uploading the HOME_CSC to not lose my data, I've some important pictures i would like not to lose (I know, not making a backup was stupid).
But the problem wasn't solved, the only difference is a new screen during the boot saying: "One ui error" and another "Can't load android system your data may be corrupted[...] where i can select Try again, factory data reset and recovery logs".
Luckily i still can access Download and Recovery mode but i don't really know what to do, i tried to download the firmware flash from other sources but nothing... and i'm pretty sure TWRP isn't installed.
Is there anything i can do before wiping data? Please, please help me
Of course no.
Hard reset and Davlik cache clean is required.
