I have had my Tab S2 operator unlocked, and would like to change the firmware to the official BTU version for my device. Before I proceed with this, can anyone advise me of the correct process for flashing the official firmware without tripping Knox? Will using ODIN trip Knox by default?
I already downloaded the firmware files for the BTU version, so any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
Stock firmware doesn't trip knox.

hi guys i want change my csc code without root i tried by using odin but not working with me !
I have a duos N9208, carrier-locked. I also want to do the same. Can someone please answer the ff questions ?
1. How do I change the CSC without root or tripping knox?
2. Will I still get official updates once its successfully changed?
3. If I just flash directly a firmware from another country/region with the same model, will it trip the knox and can I still receive official updates?
I bought a Korean version of Note8 N950N. I am having some problems using it in Bangladesh. For example, I can't turn off camera sound, Bixby search results in Korean language etc. Now I want flash N950F Rom. Is it possible to flash N950N to N950F without tripping Knox ? if yes, then how ?
Thanks in advance.
I think you can change CSC to Bangladesh CSC but you need Root your phone and that will trip knox.

not sure if we can simply flash another region stock rom over another.
As long as its same CPU class

I don't care about Samsung pay or health. But I need secure folder and OTA update. That's why I do not want to root/trip knox. Any other method will be very much appreciated. I tried using odin. Though both of the device have same hardware, but it doesn't allow me to do so.
One of the reasons why N950F firmware won't work on our N950N model is because of the PIT (Partition Information Table).
PIT is unique to a specific model number and storage capacity. So if you try installing N950F firmware, the information contained within that PIT doesn't correspond with what the N950N is expecting and will fail.
I am considering purchasing the Note 9 but it is an international variant. I was just wondering if there is a way to flash the UK firmware onto the phone without tripping Knox. The Note 9 is a SM-960F/DS I want to flash a SM-960F firmware onto the phone. Is this possible?
You can but It will always remain as DS which stands for Dual SIM

The firmware for SM-N960F is the same for SM-N960F/DS!
Dial *#1234# in dialer and look at the CSC line.
If it reads N960FOXM.... then you're on the multi-CSC OXM, if not then you're on a Carrier csc and to go to the OXM csc you'll need to do a factory reset and flash the oxm CSC firmware of your choice.
Check sammobile.com for SM-N960F and look for csc - N960FOXM....
It shouldn't trip knox since your flashing Samsung approved firmwares but there might be a very small, I mean very small, chance that it might. (If done correctly it should go without an issue with knox. Just given a little warning so take it with a grain of salt.)

One thing to add, when flashing and to ensure you are getting UK settings and so on is you must be having UK SIM cards in both slots when the mobile is restarting after the Odin flashing.
Else you will stay on the international setup

It's there some way to change the CSC from VD2/VD2,VD2/EUX/VD2 to DBT? I tryed the method with the dialer, but it doesn't work.
I want to get the updates a little bit earlier as from the carrier.
