When I view my photos in gallery in landscape view, they usually fill the screen but recently the aspect ratio seems to have changed
and the photos no longer fill screen with 2 black bars each side of photo. I have never changed any settings to cause this
and i cant find any camera or photos setting to fix it. I have attached a picture.
Hello everyone
Just got the Note 9. I noticed my camera makes a clicking noise when I open the camera app or toggle between the options within the app. I can physically see some sort of shutter on the lens move. Is this normal?
Here's an example from S9 video but I'm experiencing the exact same issue (remove space between : and /)
https: //youtu.be/Ptc4eyKTfkY
It's the variable aperture opening and closing.
I took a few pictures, ended up with all of us having red eye. My wife's s9+ has a portrait setting when you open the photo, click the 3 dots, open photo editor then click POTRAIT" My note 9 doesn't have the portrait option, my fathers note 9 doesn't have it, I made sure photo editor and gallery are up to date. So where is this feature? A phone that is suppose to be a tad better than the s9+ and it has less options than the s9+? I used the S Pen to take the photo with my rear facing camera. Anyone know a work around or how to get portrait back? Or even how to fix red eye with the stock software options??? Please help. This only does this on the Note9, the s9 and s9+ have this feature but the Note9 doesnt???
Open it in Gallery click on 3 dots in the upper right of the photo then select open in Photo Editor Pro where all the effects you asked about are located.

No portrait menu if photo editing app doesn't detect a face.

I have note 8 n950F. If I use the gcam apk (Gcam_6.1.021_Advanced_V1.7.190716.1800.apk) with note 8 exonos config, everything works fine except that the front cam takes extremely bright photos and front cam takespink photos. Link for the apk is below

I can the brightness issue by modifying iso and saturation values but pink front cam photos are a real problem. I can't get rid of front cam pink photos. is there any way to fix it or is there any other gcam 6.1 apk working for note 8? I am using the gcam config for note 8. There are no crashes but pink color in front cam is the issue
Hello,
I just got a new 10S global version with MIUI 12.5.16.0.RKLMIXM and the preview cam (before you actually take the picture) is really blurry but the resulting photo would be fine. this becomes a problem with taking pictures from other apps like instagram.
NOTE: The preview gets better when you turn on the front screen flash
