So i got a note 9 from sprint and i was told i was eligible for a free akg headset . I was told to download a samsung shop app. After installation the app told me i was eligible for the offer and had to upload the proof of purchase. I did so. Now i get an email stating i purchased the device after the promotions.
Can someone clarify if i am eligible or not?
I made the purchase on 28 aug 2018. Is there anyway i can get the headset?
The AKG headphone promotion was only for pre-orders which states that date for purchase should be on or before the delivery started i.e. 24th Aug, 2018. So, i'm afraid your purchase might not qualify for the free gift.

Hi All, I have 3 lines on my account the 3rd line is a blackberry as a spare phone for the kids. T-mobile said Samsung has a promotion of $200 off if I get a Samsung device. So I got the Note 4 and once I got it I connected to my number not the spare phone number. This caused the promotion to be voided so now I have until Jan 13 to postmark it for a return.
The promotion should show up automatically by going to www.tmobile.com/promotions and entering the information.
Since the promotion is not showing up for me its voided. I switch sim card and try to see if the promotion appears again before Jan 13. if not I'll return it.
Hope this helps anyone so yo are not shocked if you loose your $200 off promotion from Samsung.
Those promotions are almost always for activating a new line of service.
i have not heard of such promotion from t-mobile. the only $200 promotion was through samsung for pre-ordering the note 4 with a valid trade in, that promo ended 2 months ago. if you're referring to a $200 rebate from t-mobile for trading in a blackberry, then that promotion should've ended on 12/31/14, that promotion started around the summer of '14 and not many people still remember it. the only current samsung promotion is you get 1yr of netflix for free if you buy a note 4, s5, tab s or uhd tv.

Has anyone else received a late shipping date for the promotion and has anyone who received a late shipping date received their gift yet?

So I pre-ordered T-Mobile 512gb.Note9 then told right before release that my phone wouldn't be shipped to me until September 20th,so I cancelled my pre-order and got it on Amazon the day after release,my question isshould I still be able to be qualified to get the pre-order goodies namely the AKG noise cancellation wireless headphones or the Fortnite bundle.What does everyone think?I think they should compensate me but that's just me.

No you canceled the pre order that's on you. It only applied to orders up until the 23rd

I understand but why pre-order a phone and have to wait a month after release to get it,you would think a company like Samsung would make enough phones to cover demand.
I went to pre order around the 19th and noticed everywhere had an unknown release date or late September for the 512 model, EXCEPT good ole Amazon. Plus on top of the akg headphones they also gave the dual wireless charger and Dex pad free. Shipped day before release even.

Doesn't matter they aren't going to give you a bonus on a pre order you canceled there was no shipping guarantee and the 512 was in high demand

Same boat here. September 19, they say. I'm not canceling though because of the promo AND I have two Note8s on that order at 399 each. That sale is over so I can't cancel now. Stupid Samsung.
I'm new to the forums and I have never ordered through Samsung directly. Ordered the Prism Black S10+ 128gb on Feb. 22nd. I was given a shipping by date of March 15th. My shipping status is in process and the cancel button is no longer available as I was informed by chat March 1st with Samsung support that my order is in the process of being shipped. Anyone else in a similar scenario?

I might have been since my original date was March 15, but I cancelled and reordered so I could get the voucher instead of the buds. My new date is by March 22.

Out of curiosity, why did you cancel to get the 130 voucher instead?
Some are saying that orders will start shipping Monday. I feel that with the amount of errors and reorders I may have been pushed up a bit.

I already had the IconX which I like better and I didn't really like the white. If I really wanted the new buds I could get another color since the voucher would pay for them. My wife is needing a replacement tablet and the voucher plus the 700 points will go a long way towards that.
I contacted customer rep back when it was on sale on Feb 13th to make sure I could price match, they said yes and to order and contact them once the device ships. However, due to the snowstorm in Texas, the phone wasn't shipped until now and the promo is gone. I was stupid and didn't take a screenshot and now they refuse to honor the original reference ID. Does anyone have a screenshot of the S21 Ultra 5G phantom silver when it was still $200 off on Amazon?
