While listening songs through Bluetooth headset, audio is getting lagged and hanging
Note:- headset checked with another phones. There is no problem with headset
Request:- please solve this problem
I have the same issue. I have noticed that if i have phone in my hand and do something (so the phone is pretty close to headset) everything is ok, but when the phone is in the pocket then music laging. I have had it from the begining. Updates haven't solved the problem.

No issues here.
I get the stutter when listening to audible or music. Same with the nokia 6.1
Nothing to do with Nokia apparently. My previous phone worked fine.

My Skullcandy headset is not working with my Xperia ZR all of a sudden. last thing i did was update the Walkman app and next day headset is not detected. My original headset and Sennheiser HD439 headphone works fine with the phone and the skullcandy woks when connected to PC.
Tried uninstalling the walkman update, but no change. Android build is 10.3.1.A.2.67.
Is this a software or hardware error? Anyone else with similar issues?

My issue with audio is the equalizer doesn't work... cm10.1
Just tried the headset in an Xperia L and it works fine. It wont work on my Xperia ZR now. WTF
Bought Sony Sbh20 from Amazon.in. The problem is that during the call when I am out of range the headset disconnects, when I come back in range it connects i can hear the caller however the caller cant hear me. I need to disconnect the call and call back then it works fine.
Has anyone faced this issue or its a device fault. This is my 8 bt device and its first of kind issue i have seen.

I just got a Z3 compact. I switched from a Moto X that did not have any bluetooth issues (which is still in my possession in case I can't fix this).
Anyway, when I connect to my Pioneer MVH-X560BT stereo, music will play but the audio will drop out completely every few minutes. The audio will go out for around a second. It's not lag because the song doesn't also pause when the bluetooth audio drops. After a second audio will return. I have tried many apps (Walkman, Power amp, google play, spotify, etc.) and they all produce the same occasional pause. I have used a few different phones with this stereo and have never experienced this issue.
I bought my Z3c online from someone who had unlocked the bootloader and installed a custom ROM. I found out how to install the stock Sony rom with Emma and thought that would fix my bluetooth issues. It did not. I doubt an unlocked bootloader would affect bluetooth.
I have turned on the bluetooth log and installed the Xperia bluetooth fix app, but I was seeing if anyone here had any insight.
Bluetooth problem
I don't think your problem is related to the unlocked bootloader, I have problem even with the Bluetooth of my alpine, I have to pair the two every time I switch on the car stereo and even with the music over Bluetooth sometimes the z3c doesn't send the music. I hope for a future update because is very annoying. P.s. my bootloader is locked.

Exactly the same here
Yup, seems to be a problem at Sony's end - this happens for me with Sony Bluetooth headphones as well as with my car. Didn't happen with the Galaxy S4
hi
same probme here, with my Z3C and my Pioneer MVH-X560BT stereo .. still no solution, sony did nothing to correct the problem
even if, when i use z3c with my home 's bluetooth speaker, it works flawilessy .. and when i used to stream music with my moto g 4G on my Pioneer MVH-X560BT stereo, it worked flawilessy ..
it do not understand it, and even reflecting well ..
I recently bought Bose SoundLink on ear bluetooth headphones. I had a Rapoo s100 before, and it paired and played music fine. The new headphones work too, they pair and I can make calls, but as of today I cannot hear any music. Calls still work. It happened twice before and a reboot managed to fix it, but I now I even cleared the cache partition and still nothing. The speakers work fine and the headphones work when connected with cable. Is it a hardware issue? Did I miss anything? Also, I don't have root and I tried both stock music player and Google play music.
Any help would be appreciated
EDIT: nvm' problem solved
As an user of Sony Xperia z3 compact "cm-12.1-20151028-NIGHTLY-z3c" I would like to use the original headset/headphones with microphone from Sony. When I plug them into the phone, they are not recognized by the phone and the sound is playing through the phone speakers. Usualy headphones without microphone are working!
The same problem I had with all other custom ROMs. I also tried the App SoundAbout and I was able to force the music player to play on the headphones, but all phone calls are still on the smartphone and not via the connected headphones.
Headset Sony MH750
I can listen musich by using headset Sony MH750. Sounds only by smartphone speakers. Connecting the Headset music temporary sounds, mostly not. Only disturbing, scratching noise. Use original music player, smart connect, winamp and different headsets. Reset the z3 compact and reinstall the newest software by pc companion 2 times successless. Do you have any advice for me?
