This method worked for my Lumia 520. I think this has to work in a 521 too.
Warning: Windows 10 mobile is very laggy and unstable in Lumia 52x devices. I had to increase Dynamic Page File to have a little bit more of performance. Also i had to disable almost background applications and disable notifications of those applications.
When you are in Windows 10 mobile, you will get updates, and after update, another update and the same. I updated all the updates and now i'm in Windows 10 mobile 1607.
Be careful, because the newer updates broked Bluetooth and i can only use low bright. Idk if this will happen in a 521.
Also, the phone gets very hot.
I tried with a piano game and worked very good. I also tried to play slither.io but the game doesn't loads.
This works for me. Lumia 620.
You must have 8.1 denim, and windows 8 pc, at least.

If they ripped off a working video chipset and drivers, I'd buy it...

You don't need working drivers for that video - it's Liverpool - they always play in slow motion anyway so no problems with camera lag

LOL !!!
Nice
Interestingly that endgadget article has a post that this phone does not actually run Windows Mobile... but some sort of rip-off.
Other sites that sell the device don't state WM6 (or any version) on their features list.
Does M$ charge alot for putting WM on a device? If so that could be one reason for the low price.
Plus it only has a 30 day warranty, I believe the tilt has a 1 year(?)
More here

Uses "some sort of Windows Mobile operating system". The real one is already a buggy mess, go figure that one...LOL
I bet it will perform better than the Kaiser, and I'm not kidding (sadly).
It will probably perform better than the Kaiser because it is using a basic OS that is more like a calculator than a Windows Mobile.
So, it probably boots up in 5 seconds, switches apps in a fraction.
But it also probably doesn't have TouchFlo, PIE, or many of the other features that make the Kaiser/Tilt nice.
It is like any of the other numerous phones out there on the market (like from Verizon) that have a slide out keyboard with a proprietary OS.
This of course is assuming the statements above about it not being WM6 are true. If it indeed runs WM6 then I am sure the performance will be equivalent to the Kaiser.
Hi guys. I've seen this iPhone App that a colleague of mine uses to find restaurants in London worth going to.
I personally use www.squaremeal.co.uk, but I've found that when I try to open it in the Opera browser, it's not the easiest site to navigate. If I set it to "Mobile View", it just doesn't work as well as it does when on a PC.
Does anyone know of an app out there that allows looking up on this website? It would be nice to have something like the new Facebook App that could do that.
K
Try skyfire dude instead opera mini...!
SquareMeal on Opera
Hi! I'm one of squaremeal.co.uk developers and Opera user myself
Which version of Opera do you use? (Mobile 7/8/9, Mini 4/5?)
Did you try mobile or desktop version of the site?
http://m.squaremeal.co.uk?noauto=1 (this version is dumbed-down for BlackBerries, so should be piece of cake for any Opera version ).

Thanks. When I typed the mobile veryion, it automatically went to the full site. When I put your "noauto" command, it worked perfectly.

Hi Kornelaardvark. Sorry for reviving an old thread, but I remembered hearing from a squaremeal developer and wanted to try and catch you again if possible.
I'm on Android now, and I was wondering if Squaremeal are planning an Android app any time soon...
Cheers,
Bump

BSODroid is my first Android application. It is a proof of concept implementation of a flaw in Windows Vista, which is so far unpatched (although Microsoft are due to start distributing the patch any moment now), that allows a user to send a Blue Screen of Death to that computer over the network.
Main thread in Development section, but I just thought I'd post it here as I know that most Android users seem to check this section for Android applications, rather than the Development section!

43 downloads and no comments? Anyone out there having some fun with this?
ohhh yea i tried it at few test machines yesterday, it worked both on vista and windows 7RC. Not sure abt windows 7RTM but i think it also works on certain windows 2008 servers. Microsoft whats going onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
They dont have a patch available yet, but they do provide a workaround a registry hack that wont let BSoD comeup.
I d like to know more abt it whats the process here if you dont mind
Didn't work on my Win 7 RTM but thanks for the app.
Does this app can damage the computer / hard disk who gets the BSOD ??
Thanks for tour creation
It's great job.
i search an ip scanner for android ?? if you have information

You mean Win 7 RC
Have almost broken 1000 downloads! (Currently at 950)
If anyone's interested, go ahead and give it a try from the market!
Does it harm your PC or just gives you the bsod?
I want to know if it actually harms the comp as well. If its just a temp thing that doesn't actually do some serious damage this could be pretty fun!
Oh look, somebody found a way to be an Internet Griefer in real life.
Congrats.
Maybe instead of making this harassment app, you should've just reported the flaw to Microsoft through their developer feedback areas?
oouff what wrong ? nokia won't us download their Firmware as usually again .
no more details but we have been warned to download the size we can before February 2013 .
all of our usual way will be close , ): no more navifirm etc ... then what can us against Nokia ?
are there things we may to stop them .. what can us ?
according this post : Nokia won't folks download their firmware anymore
It's too hard. Enemy have dangerous weapons like Nokia 3310, 3210. These weapons must not be handled by any one. We must target Blackberry or some other enemy

Hi there.
I would like to run native apple app store apps on my Note 9.
I hear you can do that with emulators like Cider and Iemu.
I have installed Cider but there is no app store. It looks like just an Apple skin that runs Android apps.
I could note install iemu. Installed Aio Downloader and a search of apps on Aio keeps on saying that iemu is not available.
Has anyone using Note 9 been able to get Iemu to work?
Any guidance from you would be much appreciated.
