P9 stuck in bootloop, can only enter fastboot.
have had a good hunt to other threads and tried various methods.
Was running L09C432B182, on fastboot is shows PHONE Locked and FRP Locked.
Have tried various tools and adb to flash system.img from extracted B182 full rom but adb returns FAILED <remote: command not allowed>
I have bootloader unlock code but it returns same error when attempting to unlock bootloader.
Am I missing something that could help?
Thanks in advance
UPDATE: DC Phoenix used to restore Recovery which allowed to me flash UPADTE.APP via dload

You will not be able to unlock Bootloader because you should have enabled the oem unlock option on the system. I assume you're out of system, so you have two options.
1 Try to pass the firmware using the Huawei updater software by the Hajuuk member.
2 Force update DLOAD mode (will only work if your device is entering e recovery)
And the last way is by getting $ 15 credits and doing the unbrick by DC Unlocker. (works if your device can enter fastboot mode)

I have the same problem as yours. My phone is totally dead. But I can't buy a DC unlocker account. Can you share the account with me? Please, I really need your help.
Accounts don't work that way, credits are needed per use.

Your problem is only resolved by DC Phoenix.
You need 15 credits to use the unbrick service.
I recover 2 P9 yesterday... Dead Boot with frp and bootloader locked.

I recovered my P9 yesterday (using DC-Phoneix) but FRP is still lock. I can unlock bootloader but I can't get FRP unlock, even flash something like TWRP or root. (Error: Command not allowed)I can't use dload method to upgrade or downgrade. There's always an error at 5% ( The update package does not exist) although I copy dload folder into internal storage (and SD card too)
What should I do?
Whatever you do, do not unbrick with DC Phoenix using the Method 2. I done the Method 2, I was able to unbrick it but I don't get any network after it deleted some partitions which weren't in the factory image.
Luckily, I used the first method and everything is fine except FRP lock.

That's good.
To unlock FRP. Go to Developer menu and Enable OEM Unlock.
I already pressed OEM unlock in developer option but no success to unlock FRP. I tried some methods but no luck.

Remove any unlock pins and finger print locks.
After factory reset, the phone turned on. I only turned on OEM unlock and USB debug, then boot into fastboot mode. FRP is still LOCK.
I tried to flash something like TWRP but Error: Command not allowed.
Hi, my Huawey P10 (VTR-L29) is bricked, Phone and FTR Locked. I canĀ“t get recovery mode because the FTR.
Is there any other way (with cmd comand) to find the Product ID (I have the unlock bootloader code, serial number)?
Thanks
hello everyone!!
I got my P8 Lite 2017 in the Huawei Logo boot-loop condition, the only thing I can do is putting it into fastboot mode, BUT, every command to flash/write something is Denied because of FRP LOCKED.
I downloaded the original firmware from Huawei, then extracted imgs from the big archive, but also the original firmware flash is denied.
PLEASE, is there a way to unlock the FRP right from fastboot??
Is there some "magical" (free) tool to unlock it??
As I can see some tools asking for FRP Unlock Key, but I don't know where to find it, only Bootloader unlock key is what I got from Emui website.
But what's the sense of give me the unlock code for bootloader, if I cannot unlock it until the FRP is locked?
Thanks in advance
Hello! I was flashing my phone and wanted to restore it to a stock firmware.
Looks like I bricked the phone.
I can't access the dload method, eRecovery does not work and bootload is locked too.
What can I do to recover it? Please I really need help
EDIT: What I was trying to flash was the stock package but I did it in the wrong order
Do u have bootloader unlock code? If have, unlock bootloader, go fastboot, flash stock recovery img, then try dload/ eRecovery to restore stock firmware

It's not only about Bootloader, is your FRP unlocked - boot to Fastboot and read both for FRP and Phone (Bootloader), are they locked or unlocked?
If FRP is unlocked (and Bootloader locked), you can use DC Unlocker with 4 Euros credit to buy Bootloader code and to unlock the Bootloader in Fastboot:
https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-read-huawei-bootloader-unlock-code
But if FRP is locked, you couldn't unlock it because you cannot boot to System to Unlock OEM, hence you will have to use DC Phoenix with 15 Euros credit to unlock FRP & Bootloader and to unbrick the phone - read posts #4 to #8:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/help/bypass-frp-t3879402
PS: To boot into Fastboot - switch the phone off, connect by USB to PC, press and keep pressing Volume- and then boot by Power button
Hi guys... I want to unlock a bootloader of my p9. I have bought a credits from DC unlocking but it don't works because my phone is not supported.. are any others methods to unlock a bootloader?
My phone is bricked and start only in fastboot and rescue mode..
Thanks
First unbrick your device using correct firmware at https://androidhost.ru/search.html and then try it while device is in working condition.
Battery status 0 ! Charge phone first
Then do factory reset if you can
If don't try with DC phoneix!
