I can't seem to find a fix for this, and I can't back up before I flash my first custom ROM.
Has anyone got any ideas which could help?
Thanks in advanced,

im guessing you have TWRP so:
download zip file from link and copy it as it is to the folder recovery in your phone. you can do this in your computer or adb push(google it)
now, enter recovery TWRP and use recovery. search file and presto you in.

try a different radio until you find one that you like, they all work.
and you do not have to flash an unencrypted boot.img before flashing despair.

Installed using my old TWRP, I can confirm that its working properly on my Huawei P9 Lite
So that means when we are using CM13, we can revent back to stock by just restoring our nandroid backup?
Works fine, but you made a mistake in assert lines il your CM13 updater script, you wrote hi2650 instead of hi6250 haha
installed and perfect, thanks

Hi,
using the dns of google (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) the site is unreachable.
Solved thank to opendns.
Hey Meticulus. When I was going to flash your CM, firstly I wiped all the partitions including system. Then I thought maybe restarting the recovery may be good idea. Afterwards the recovery could not boot and the screen was flickering. After some time I figured out that the chinese TWRP worked. So if there is no system installed the recovery couldn't tell if there is stock or CM installed and so it did nothing. Could you look into that? Maybe I am wrong. Thanks.
twrp no full support selinux. how to fix? I'm on stock

Did you restore a back up while on CM without restoring the "dump"?

If you did a dump and have the files then restore the dump ( follow on screen instruction at the end ) and the restore your back up again. If you do not have a dump then you'll need to go through the process of restoring a stock ROM. To be honest, I've never flash a stock ROM but there should be plenty of info around here about how to do it, and plenty of people willing to help you with it.

Flashing Issue in TWRP

First of all: Hi guys!
I've got a Problem, when trying to flash SuperSU in TWRP it says "Failure, aborting" at "Extracting ramdisk".
I already searched the web, but can't seem to find anything to help me.
I hope someone has a solution to this.

This is not a twrp problem and I guess you are running stock rom.
It fails to extract ramdisk because sony uses a different format for kernel images and so SuperSu cannot be installed systemless.
You will need to find a system SuperSU zip

HELP: Upgrading to EMUI5 on NEM-L21 with TWRP and Xposed

I read here, somewhere, that you need stock recovery to do the update. Since I have flashed another recovery (and rooted and installed Xposed), I'm not sure if I can update to EMUI5.
Furthermore, I'm not even sure how to do the update. The update (b351) is available in FF and checks out as "compatible", but I don't know what the install procedure is. Especially without stock recovery.
Any help or info is much appreciated
yeah, you should flash stock recovery thru ADB and thn try updating...
Not adb but fastboot

Thanks a lot. Any help, perhaps, on where I get that. And the recovery mentioned above?
Oh, and why is it not possible to flash the ROM like if it was a custom one? Just wondering

That you may need to find your own. Well in custom ROMs, they are designed to work with custom recoveries like TWRP. While in stock, the whole system is inside update.app, which can't be read by a custom recovery.
