[Help] Need boot.img for PRA-LX1C432 (B386) - P8 Lite (2017) Discussion

I tried to extract it from HUE but it didn't work properly and I wasn't given boot.img, so could someone provide it for me?
Dual SIM
UK
Would be really helpful, thanks
Also, an oeminfo.img and system.img would be really useful. I would use other files but most MEGA links I find are dead and I'm unsure as to whether they work the same with EMUI 8.

need help from someone with EVA-AL10

Hi all,
After factory reflashing my EVA-AL10 with DC-Phoenix, I have lost signal and no matter what firmware I will load into the phone, I cant make it work.
I have therefore contacted DC-Unlocker team who advised me that I need to update modemnvm_factory, modemnvm_backup and modemnvm_system partitions from a working phone in order to fix my network issue.
I've looked already on the forum but people who previously shared these partitions are currently inaccessible
Can someone be so nice and help me fix my phone please? I can explain step by step how to back up those partitions.
Thanks in advance.

[Tool] Huawei Update Extractor for P10 (need adaptation)

Original Huawei Update extractor thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2433454
There is cool tool for extracting update.app files and it named "Huawei Update Extractor" and this would solve many problems. But there are one problem, nowhere i cant find Huawei P10 profile.xml files with partition structure. Maybe someone can help with it?

This can be free alternative to unbrick device like mine, which loading only to fastboot and eRecovery. Reading the posts I found people complaining of similar problems.
It wont help since hisi 960.

What do You mean?
Be careful. What you seem to be planning to do has bricked other HiSi 960 devices.

Huawei P9 - Software Update problem

Hi guys,
Good day to all. I just bought an Huawei P9 - EVA-L09C440B138 and i'm having some issues with updating to Nougat.
As far as i understood i need to change from C440 to C432 to get Nougat.
To be honest.... i simply could not find a solution for my problem and i need help from you guys with a guide how to do that.
Can someone give me a solution.
Thank you!
A shot in the dark here, but you can try downloading this ROM:
http://www.carbontesla.com/2016/11/download-huawei-p9-b182-marshmallow-update-europe/
You will also need an SD card (if you already have one, you can use that)
- Once you have done that, extract it anywhere.
- Connect your phone to your PC, allow access so you open your P9 storage from your PC
- Copy the "dload" folder over to your SD card (so you have a folder on your sd card called "dload" with UPDATE.app inside)
- Power off your phone
- Hold down both volume buttons and power button at the same time
It will either go into recovery mode where it installs the firmware EVA-L09C432B182, or fail doing that...
If it manages to install B182, you can just update your phone to android 7 normally from settings. If it fails you probably need a different ROM, but I dunno which.

One of the top threads for the Huawei P9.
A bit research should have done this.
You will find most needed files in my signature.
I just managed to update from B138 to B142, but i couldn't go to B380.
Please keep in mine that mine is C440 not C432.
I used also Profy Finder and so on.... now i'm stuck to B142, any sugestions ?
Thanks

Rookie unlocked and rooted demo unit Huawei P10 but is now stuck.

Hello guys,
I bought a demo unit Huawei P10 on accident and now want to flash it with the official stock rom. I unlocked the bootloader already and rooteed the device through adb.
Now i am stuck because i cant find any firmware through firmware finder etc. My serialnumber is VTR-L09C652B101. I am a total rookie so it costed me two days to unlock and root, now i really dont see how i can flash a stock firmware without the demo system app ruins it all. Can anybody help me?
It's possible to rebrand just as normal. However, the Mate 9 script has some known flaws. The thread on 4pda has good version, but I forgot the link.
If you have no experience in Android engineering, FunkyHuawei may help better as they are a paid service with good support.
You can use HWOTA for rebranding, but you have to modify the script.
You need to download a full firmware for your desired version.
My modifying help lines are for VTR-L09C432, which is the standard single sim for Europe. If you wish another model (e.x. VTR-L29C432), just change the lines like you want them.
For more help, you can send me a PM, it's a bit easier. When we found a solution, we can post it here for others.
Hi, did you manage to solve the issue? I guess I might have the same problem...

[Request] XT1775 possible fix.

Hi, I found that Moto G5S was unbricked obtaining a file.
This file has all the partitions of the smartphone. I need that any of you do the file and upload it.
Only this tutorial is needed.

I hope anybody help us. I will test if I obtain the file.
Thanks.
