Imei needed - Huawei P9 Questions & Answers

Sorry if this is a stupid thing to ask, i don't know if sharing IMEI is dangerous but my phone is from dubai and im in india and the only way the service centre would sell me a battery is if i give them IMEI of indian huawei p9. My battery is really shot so if someone from india or purchased phone in india could give me IMEI i would really appreciate it.

Don't give it imei number.
Buy on Amazon the battery and replace it

[Q] How do I kow if my diamond2 is Official device

I purchased a new Touch Diamond2 last week and getting used to the deive now. This is my first windows mobile after all Nokia...
I purchased from a small store here but not from the authorised dealer, as they have heighr price for this. So can I verify if this is official or I am get cheated here?
Is there a way I can verify?
thank you
ALL HTC devices are official, but that may or may not belongs to your region. Ex: if you are in India your device may not be an India Model of HTC (which happen to me in Hyderabad and further HTC service senter charged extra for any service telling that it is an International Model )
Here is how you can verify:
Go to your regional HTC Site. As I see ur from India you can go to http://www.htc.com/in/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=249&cat=2&dl_id=803 and try download the ROM by entering your device serial number and it should tell you if the serial is valid or not.
If the serial is NOT valid in your regional HTC site then it is not belongs to the region and is an International Model.
Hope this will help.
Thanks for the reply dear friend.
I tried that It accepted that so It seems to be the official. Then why the authorised show room take more money than the small shop? Is there any difference?
Also I downloaded the ROM by doing the above step and shall I go ahead and install that?
thank you

Only thing to check is what bands your network provider uses, and verify that the Xperia Z model you buy supports this, the reason I am saying this is that there are many people who are complaining about this.

Yep , I am on Go mobile network and that is no problem. The phone must be Unlocked and Unbranded of course. I think Amazon will be my choice since I encountered no one stating to have bought from Clove.co.uk....

[Q] Help About N700 Motherboard

Hi, Im Penny, from Venezuela and I have a nice-but-not-so-nice Galaxy Note N7000.
So, this phone I got is from Europe, and I need to replace the motherboard because I have emmc bug, with only 8GB of usb storage and 200MB in /data. Problem is that I gave my phone to a Samsung Service Center from my city, and they told me they cant replace my Note motherboard because it doesn't belong to SELA (Samsung Electronics Latin America) so when putting my original IMEI into the new motherboard this will not accept it.
So they told me I need another motherboard... So here is my question: Which board I will need? I really have no idea from which country my phone is. Will I need to buy a new one from any country in Europe or I will need exactly one from the country which belong? If thats so, How Can I know which country is? and where can I buy it?
I have some possibility of buying the motherboard on Italy, but will this board accept my IMEI when replacement?
Hope can someone try to answer my question. Kisses and all
hi, try to get csc, dial *#06# for emei, then dial *#272*youremeihere#.
then you know which country. Best you contact that country.
Weird story from Samsung Latin America. Can not believe it.
Anyway all phones have brickbug, but is yours bricked? I dont think it is.

Its was bricked, but I repaired with pit method, but 5 months ago its getting worse, sometimes it wipes data suddenly, got only 200MB for installing apps, etc, is getting too annoying. Its freezes like 8 times per day, some apps doesn't work, etc.
Thats what my center said and I thought it was actually pretty weird, but I need to know If I need to buy from that country or any on europe, cuz right know I can buy only from Italy, and I don't know if it will work, or if Samsung is lying to me actually.

Yes i tried root and Qualcom nv tools or many ways but not working on korean lg v40
same here, i have v409, amd now locked, i tried with qcn edit and qfil, but no change, efs professional is giving error:4..
still no solution
There's a new possibility mentioned on the v40 tele group (it's from the v30 group). No one has done it with a v40 yet, but it might be worth a shot.
