Hellow , flintman ! I want build lineageos14 by your Evervolv device kernel and vendor. But I got some trouble，I hope you can help me. I make out lineageoss14 for soho by your device ,but after I flash lineageos-rom, I found it can't dispaly anythings. I adb logcat find it can start and can dex2oat app.But I can't kown why it can't dispaly.

Not So Long Ago Sir blearreaz0n Helped Us And We Got ROOT And CWM Working On The Device. He Also Said That He Was Working On A CM10.1 Rom. But Its Been Like A Year Now And We Have Got Progress On The Project. Actually Its Not That Easy To Build CM Rom And I Was Wondering That We Should Help And Try To Build CM10 Rom Together I Mean All The Owners Of This Device That Is. Sir blearreaz0n Has Also Build A CM10.1 Rom Which Can Be Downloaded From His Post. I Was Trying To Build A CM10 Rom But Encountered Many Problems (Maybe Its Because Of My PC Its Not That Good). So Can Anybody Help Me Build This Rom. I Am Trying To Fix Some Bugs On The CM10.1 Rom By Sir blearreaz0n.

Hello, I was thinking about something, maybe it shouldn't help only the owners of Galaxy Pocket Plus but maybe all the owners of every BCM21654 devices, the help would be greater and more devices without CM support would get CM builds. I'm not a developer but would like to help and work together to get CM working on BCM21654 devices. Mine is Galaxy Music. Just an idea :silly:
yes that can be possible actually but we firstly need a power full pc i mean i i3 only has 3gb ram i tried compiling but failed due to errors

In case you are not aware, here are the kernel sources for the Huawei P8lite. This means that you can now build CyanogenMod or custom kernels for this phone.

After seeing the interest for CyanogenMod or a similar AOSP ROM, there is a guide here that shows you how to port CM to a new device. Unfortunately, I can't do it because I don't own the device but if you try, best of luck
If dd98 agrees, i would use this thread to discuss and collect info about how to compile an armv8a kernel for our phone.
By the way, if i run this command in the phone console:
uname -a
It says our stock kernel is for armv7l. Is it normal?

There are already some developers busy with development of custom roms for the Huawei P8 Lite.
There kernel and the source can already been build for android 5 and android 6.

Cyanogenmod is for the moment a problem because of good vendor files.
For now only wifi is working on AOSP builds, as long that there is no RIL ( calling ) you can't do anything with the Custom rom.
I'm personally have buid a bootable rom with Omnirom.

I'm running cyanogenmod 13 official build nightly 13.0-20161105 on a HTC One m7, it has supersu, and xposed framework
But all i want for my device to be complete is dt2w, i cant find a kernel for it anywhere, so if possible can someone build me one, or find one compatible with my device as i can not find one for the life of me Thanks , or even better teach me on how to modify the existing kernel to support dt2w
