China developer rom 8.12.27 was suspended for MI 8 and MI 8 SE, probably global developer was suspended too,
Note from China 8.12.27 thread on miui forum:
Code:
1. The public Beta update is delayed for Redmi 6 Pro for testing system stability.
[B][I][U]2. The public Beta update is suspended for Mi 8, Mi 8 SE for system operation error.[/U][/I][/B]
3. The public Beta update is suspended for Mi 8 Lite for testing Android P.

I know that, but i see this yesterday: https://en.miui.com/thread-5073008-1-1.html
See also "external" roms like miui eu, or italian miui today based on last global dev beta, so it's strange

Back to Android oreo

I'm on the latest pie with December patch and everything is stock (locked bootloader and no root) so i wanna go back to stock oreo with keeping everything stock (without unlocking bl). I'm not a noobie i used to have galaxy s6 and have a huge experience about flashing stuff but it's totally different here with the mi a2, so I'd be pleased if anyone helped me

Hi elprince.
There is a workaround on this forum saying it is possible if you unlock bootloader and critical using MiFlash. Here:
How to revert back from stable pie to oreo?
However, Xiaomi blocked downgrade capabilities from Mi A1, A2 and A2 Lite on Pie Update and doing this could even brick your phone:
Xiaomi disables downgrading from Pie to Oreo on Android One devices, Here’s why
Warning: Going back to Oreo after upgrading Xiaomi Mi A1, Mi A2, or Mi A2 Lite to Pie may brick device
If you are an experienced guy/girl, take your time to read those links and downgrade if you think it is worth it...

At android one if u have unlock bootloader and critical anti rollback not working you can do everything u want, only be careful if u convert to 6x because anti rollback working unlocked or not.

miui 11 for mi5

Hello people is there any news yet regarding official miui 11 for the mi 5, or will this phone ever be updated?

Only unofficial

Oficial no, but you can use the Xiaomi.eu version. I use it and is very stable... Still on Oreo, but since Xiaomi dosen't update this model anymore, it is what it is.
Is this rom xiaomi.eu for twrp? Or can I install like normal roms?
I mean like the original firmware

If available for your device I recommend using cherish os or derpfest os for daily uses.
They are available for Jasmine sprout with latest security patch update and i am using derpfest os Android 12.1 build myself on mi A2 device

mi a2 is Jasmine sprout. mi 6x is wayne. Does it work with mi 6x too?
Here cherish os for u
Cherish OS-MIA2/mi6x
MIA2
www.pling.com
I think it's the only #cherishOS Rom available for mi 6x with latest security patch update
Other developers had already dropped their support for both MiA2/Mi 6X
