Does the pie update give the capability of dual volte in moto x4

I've Mi 3 with MSM8974PRO-AB chipset which, I suppose, can support LTE and VoLTE.
The latest MIUI with Marshmallow doesn't even show LTE in network options. Is there any hack or custom firmware like CM which can enable VoLTE?

I have android l stock from my manufacturer it does not support volte it volte provisioned flag does not wirk and a official beta android m from manufacturer which support volte can we use this beta rom files to enable volte in android l
If stock os doesn't support volte, other roms probably won't support. What phone do you use?
I noticed that there are a lot of custom ROM's for installation on huawei honor 4x. I would like to know if the custom ROM's support dual SIM or single SIM after installation.
I have noticed that some ROM's do not support dual SIM stand by function. Request you enlighten me on this.
Also let me know if VoLTE support is available for the stock android marshmallow update. Till now have not received any update on VoLTE support for honor 4X.
Most custom roms will support dual sim.. but there is no volte support in any rom or officially

As the Moto X4 6 GB variant comes with Oreo out of the box, can someone who has bought this variant check if Project treble is enabled?!
On moto forum I saw a customer mentioned.. it is disabled.

Amazing how they release a phone on oreo and still not enable treble.
It was suggested by a poster on that forum (so not by Motorola) , that Motorola put the Oreo version on the x4 (6gb version) in a hurry and therefor didnt enable treble.
because Oreo got released shortly before before the moto x4 - 6 gb version was. launched. Hopefully motorola will enable treble for the 6gb, 4gb and 3gb version in the future...
Hey there , can anyone plz confirm me about our Indian version of the Moto x4 is supporting dual 4G volte after the pie update in the soak test , because the hardware is capable of inside it.?
