unlocked bootloader warning - Xiaomi Mi A2 / 6X Questions & Answers

hi, i would like to ask about a warning that is showing after boot -
- is there way to remove the warning and stay rooted without problems? e.g. lock bootloader without removing root (magisk)
- how to make propper splashes for A2 that are working? anyone tryed? (i tryed TissotSplashMaker but black screen only happened and the warning was still on)
Thank you

don't try to relock the bootloader if you modified anything on SYSTEM or installed a new ROM
at this moment there is no solution for removing the warning message after unlocking

bump. I hate the warning. Any way to remove it yet? Would something similar to this work?

When i relock my bootloader my warranty no longer shows and camera does not work. Any fix? When I unlock it again the warranty shows and camera works. It also ask for Android password when I relock and I have tried every possible password and it won't work so I'm forced to wipe user data to get in the device after relocks.
If I can't relock my bootloader is there a way to get rid of that message "your device has been unlocked, and can't be trusted" during boot up! I've seen someone else on a LG g4 flash the img and it removed it but I can't find the Sony splash screen img file with root access.
When I relocked my bootloader I got an update for June security patch. Updated and unlocked bootloader again. Is there a way to get updates without relocking the bootloader?
Last question. Does anyone else notice the rear camera no longer takes good low light photos but the front does?
Wait, youre on Rogers and rooted?! How? Mine always says boot loader unlock allowed no

You have lost your drm keys.. No turning back, this was also mentioned in the unlock guide / proces.
As there is no way of making backup of the drm keys atm, you should have not unlocked or waited.
Better stick with the unlocked bl.

How to remove device unlocked screen (before logo splash)

After unlocking Z2 Plus bootloader, started to showing up on boot before logo splash:
"Your device has been unlocker and can't be trusted

If no key pressed:
You device will boot in 5 seconds"
Anyone knows how can I get rid of this message?
Already tried to flash factory splash.img with no success!
Thanks in advance!
there is no way you can get rid of this warning because i think it's deeply written in the kernel or your phone
I remember removing that screen on my old Moto G by flashing a custom boot image, I don't know if it's possible with this device as well, gotta do some research I guess.

Actually you can get rid of it but you'd end up losing your unlocked bootloader

I locked my bootloader again, but it is still there. Not sure if it really can be removed.

Well then you still have a unlocked bootloader how did you lock your bootloader anyway?

You are right mate...
I checked it this morning by connecting it to the PC and see there the state was still unlocked. Now I have locked it again to get the latest update.
Thanks
Anyone checked if there is /logo partition? That way it was possible to "hide" this message on Moto X Play (and probably other Lenovo-Motorola devices).

Custom ROM and relocking bootloader

Hello Modders,
I was wondering if it was possible to relock bootloader + FRP to get rid of the screen "your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" at boot, while keeping LineageOS (I don't really care of TWRP though).
Reason is the phone is for a rookie user that stress when she sees this screen.
From what I've read it seems to be a bad idea and that creates more problems if done without stock rom, is that true?

Removing Orange State warning?

So I flashed Havoc OS on my RMX2020 and while it's running just fine, I was wondering if it's possible to get rid of that orange state nag screen upon unlocking the boot loader. I've seen guides on YouTube and elsewhere but I'm a little hesitant to apply it due to bricking risks.
Also, how do I revert to stock properly once I get sick and tired of custom OSes?
As far as I know Orange State status is triggered by unlocked bootloader. I have it too so far have no problem since it's only few text on boot up and do no harm to the phone itself. ( It's just some kind of warning that you have unlocked your bootloader )

It's still nonetheless an annoyance though.

Install using PBRP or TWRP and the annoying Orange State will disappear. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub79hrwW7S0
