any idea on how to make my tab alive? I had tried many possible solutions, such as connecting it to pc, hold down the volume, power, and home button at the same time, etc. but none any of them work for me.

I have a nasty problem with my new Galaxy TAB p1010
First i let you know some info:
Model: Galaxy Tab P1010
Condition: New (5 days)
I have no made any changes on SO, Firmware, etc...
Problem:
Black Screen
Screen Backlight ON
Buttons Light ON
What was I doing when this happened:
Just reading a *.doc file on my Tab, suddendly the tab frozen, I turn it off (pressing power button for 8 seconds), press the power button to turn it on, nothing happens, just the Screen Backlight and Buttons Light are on.
Extra info after the problem:
PC won't recognize it if I plugg it trough USB.
Download Mode not working.
I hope this is an easy to solve problem and i don't have to send it to SAT

My guess is that you got a bad unit from Samsung. I've had my P1010 for six months now and have had no problems. I'd send it back and have them give you a new one.

My GT-P7310 froze suddenly when I was just browsing. First I waited for a few minutes, but the tab was still stuck on the same screen. So I hold the power button for a minute or so, till the screen went off. And since then my tab doesn't want to get back on anymore..
I already tried to hold the power button for a few minutes, also with volume button up and/or down. I also tried to drain the battery for a few weeks, but still no reaction when I now put back in a little power in the tab. The only reaction that I get from the tab, is when I connect it on the computer by USB. In my driver list I can see the computer is searching for a APX-driver. It's not constantly, because the tabs keeps losing connection to the computer and coming back up, but the driver search is still the best and only sign of life that my tab shows.
My tab was working on a custom rom. No problems with that for at least 6 months and wasn't doing anything like updates or so. So I have no idea why the tab just froze and went to this APX-mode while I was just using a browser app.
I hope someone can help me out with a solution to get my tab back to life? Otherwise I will have to send him back to Samsung and hope..

But i think the Tablet is bricked and you need to send it back to Samsung
I have a Samsung Galazy Mini and i tried upgrading the firmware using Samsung Kies.
Something went wrong and now its bricked.
(By something i mean Kies kept giving me errors, and got sick of it and "tripped" over the usb cable pulling it out of my phone while i had the android construction worker, with downloading underneath, on the screen)
It is not detected by the PC, phone wont turn on, hard reset buttons wont work.
Phone was not rooted and odin was not used.
Also holding up + down volume + big rectangle home button + power button, does not work.
Phone is completely unresponsive.
Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hello, im sorry if im wrong to make this thread, but i need your help guys.
My Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 is bricked, how to flash it? Im already charge it for 4 hours, then the phone is blink, but when i try to connect it to computer, the phone is not turn on, im also try to turn on it by press the power or power - vol down, but there is no responding. So how can i flashed it?
