Is there a flashable 4.4.2 stock rom that I can download and flash? I can't seem to find one.
There isn't a flashable ZIP, you have to RSD or fastboot flash. Check out house of moto. http://www.droidrzr.com/index.php?/topic/28162-House-of-Moto-[2.3]

Dhacker released a test build of cm11 for the new kernel. I've been using it for a couple days, and it is pretty cool.

I usually flash images via my PC, which is currently down. Has anyone had experiences with image flashing in twrp? Stable? Any major problems I should be aware of?
Thanks

The new version of TWRP 3.0.0.1 is able to flash img-files. But every IMG I have flashed was/is available as flashable zip-file.
For N6 you could look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3059493

Thanks I'll give it a read. I've been wanting to try N and being there are no flashable zips available yet through twrp I was considering flashing system and boot via twrp. Would it work?

I've not tried that myself. I would not try flashing N beta, as long there is no PC available to solve issues.
Better ask in this thread.

Hi peeps.
I tried to flash twrp into my op3, but after reboot just appeared a black screen.
I was in CM13 before and recently came to Oxygen 3.5.2
Someone know something about that, maybe if I do all wipe.

oops.. ok do this.. flash that modified twrp again using tool in one app.. then you will get twrp modified one back it will be back since your on 3.5.2... after you got twrp already flash oos 3.2.4 or 3.2.2 using that twrp.. make sure clean flash and then before reboot system.. flash that offcial twrp and then boot system. Once complete and you can start flash cm13 already.
Hope it works, Cheers!

How do I update bootloader without returning to stock? I am not talking about firmware. Like on pixel and nexus devices, you just fastbboot flash bootloader.img

Custom ROMs do not touch the bootloader.
Why would you need to update the bootloader?
Are you referring to the boot partition, which contains the kernel and ramdisk and is boot.img, and is included in every custom rom and stock OOS zip?

You could flash just the firmware. See this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...ble-firmware-modem-zips-t3816066/post78464468

So where do you think you'll find an update of the bootloader?
The stock OOS updates include boot, system, and firmware. The firmware updates are these stock updates minus boot and system.

I understand what you are talking about on nexus 4+5 and galaxy s5 I used to update bootloader only but lack of interest on this device to update only that it seems.
Hi, I flashed the oreo stock with odin and now i want to root with magisk without installing twrp recovery, to keep stock recovery and stay official. Anyhow?
As far as i know you can do it by patching the boot.img of the stock rom on magisk and then with 7zip you can make a .tar file wich you can flash through Odin on AP. But i'm not sure, because i didn't do it, but it can be an option, I hope it has been helpful for you.
