This method works on Oxygen OS Oreo ( Stable 5 and beta 19/29 ) are confirmed to be working. This currently only works on rear camera and only if the subject is a human or a pet. Also HDR + works without any issues.
Steps -
1. Download this apk.

2. If you already have a conflicting app installed, first uunistall t then install this to be on the safe side.
3. Open the app, set the proper config and done.

It may be that PixelMaster of this topic (x86_64) work on BORETS ROM Zenfone 4 Edition
I have [ROM]Groovy Android[Nightlies][Nougat][7.1.2] on my ZE551ML (Z00A), I tried PixelMaster v3 and v4:
I successfully flashed it from recovery, the app starts and takes good pictures with back camera but the front camera doesn't work instead: it takes green lines picture or it blocks completely the camera without taking the photo. The camera results to be blocked even for other apps so it need the system to be rebooted.
I just tried version 4.1, it gives the same result as above. The problem is still the front camera, after taking a green striped photo it blocks completely the camera..
UPDATE:
The main problem seems to be the "optimization" option in the settings menu: after disabling it, the front camera works well!
DOESN'T WORK:
- "GIF" mode on both cameras (no reboot needed)
- "Panorama" mode closes immediately the app (no reboot needed)
- "Super resolution" mode blocks irrevocably the camera even for other apps (reboot needed*)
- video recording slightly lags in respect to other apps
*soft reboot is enough

In Z00L with Groovy Android GA-N-v7.1.2-20181112-Z00L-Release, the front camera works seamlessly in all apps I've tested.

On Groovy my front camera works well with all the other apps, both switching from the back one and taking pictures.
Can you provide a changelog of the updates of PixelMaster app?
I will try version 4.2 asap and keep you posted

(These are important, so please read them carefully):
1 - As stated, the default dark version is "Black". If you want to change to other dark version all you need to to is to enable the overlay that you want. To do that you'll need a terminal emulator and run a command like this example for Dark gray (this only needs to be run one time after installing the module): (forget this...use Rom Control...)

DO NOT ENABLE ALL AT THE SAME TIME!! If you want to test them, you must first enable one, then check it, disable it and enable the other one.Every time you disable it, it will revert back to the default, which is Black.
2 - If you want, you can use MacroDroid App to help you enabling and or disabling these overlays. (nope...bla bla bla...Rom Control...)
For that, you only need to install the app and, afterwards, you just need to import the macro file I've shared here. You just need to access the macro you want, touch the script action and choose "test action". See the screenshots I've shared HERE for more info.
3 - If you already have Pixel or Lawnchair Launcher(s) installed on your device, please, uninstall them before you install the theme.
4 - If you have Quickswitch installed on your device, please, uninstall it before you install this theme version. You may install it after applying the theme but I don't think you'll need it.
5 - Do not update Google Wallpapers nor Device Personalization Services apps. You shouldn't also install any other version, of these apps, you may find on the Internet. Stick to the versions included in the theme, period!
6 - On the other hand, you should update Sound Picker app since some users reported it failed if not updated.
7- All other apps included on the theme, can be updated without any issues but it's not mandatory.
8 - If you want to use Pixel Launcher version, in order to use all cool features, as they're supposed to work, set your phone language to English US. It's possible to use your phone on another language BUT to avoid issues, please disable the suggestions options on Pixel Launcher settings or just disable Gesture navigation.
9 - Don't forget to give all permissions to all apps included on the theme (Pixel Launcher, Sound Picker, Pixel Live Wallpaper Picker, Device Personalization Services, etc.)
10 - Pixel launcher version has everything working but it's not fully compatible with 3rd party launchers when using gesture navigation. The gestures work but you're not able to use the swipe on the navbar to change between apps nor the Clear all button.
11 - On the other hand, Lawnchair version has that feature, but it does not allow you to do searches on the recents screen. Meaning, Lawnchair version does not "talk" with Device personalization Services.
12 - Regarding the themed boot animation, I recommend you to create a backup of your current bootanimation.zip file (just rename it to bootanimation_BKP.zip or something like that, the original file is on /system/media/), before using the "Auto Dark Based On Daylight" macro. If you don't do that, you will lose it!

The first ones are so freakin' beautiful. If it wasn't for the buggy A10, I'd be flashing A10 stock immediately and use this theme.
Also, could you possibly add a Network Indicator somehow on stock?

I'm on stock A10 and I don't face any bugs that makes me want to change ROM to be honest.
As for the network indicators...I don't how to implement that....but I can try to look for it.
And by the way, the last one (Google Grey) is awesome as well since it matches all Google apps dark theme style. It fits perfectly with all Google apps. For instance, I don't quite enjoy being on settings and then access Google settings and see the background color change, that's why I've created this version.

Yes, I've shared 2 zips on the OP...one is the module ("Typhus_Pixel_for_Android10.zip" to be installed on Magisk) and the other one ("Typhus_Pixel_macro.zip") is a zip file that has to be extracted in order to get the mdr file.
That mdr file must be saved somewhere on your device (internal memory or SD Card).
To import it you only have to open Macrodroid app an touch on the "Export/Import" icon. Then touch the "Storage" button on the "Import" section and choose the mdr file I've shared.
Done.
Module zip link on OP has been updated.
The Module had a bug when opening the volume dialog settings shortcut (on Black and Dark Grey overlays).
Now it's a new version.
If you had already download it, please download and install it again (just the module...the macro isn't needed).

Try to see if your location is correct on Macrodroid since the sunset/sunrise trigger needs it to be accurate. Probably if you set your current location again, it will be fixed (try to test the trigger action).
Also, disable battery optimization for the Macrodroid app (on System settings).

I did all of them. My location is right. I deleted and I imported again the mdr file. Nothing. Whenever I test the actions all work right. But I was excepting the auto mode....

Yes, I think so. I'm just not using it since Macrodroid is doing it's job at my end. But I've used it before on other ROMs, so I think it's ok.

I've used this module before and my phone bootlooped. I'm using Xiaomi Mi A3 Android 10. I'm scared to install this new version.

There's nothing to be scared about. The module is working on stock Android 10 ROM.
If you face any issues after flashing the module all you need to do is to boot into TWRP and flash the module zip again.
Since this module is an edited version of Pix3lify module, it follows Pix3lify install/uninstall logic. This means that if the module is already installed, if you flash it again (through Magisk or TWRP) it will uninstall it.
I've run all possible tests, before sharing this module, by running it being completely on stock Android 10 ROM and firmware.
For anyone who may have faced any issues I recommend you, if you want to use this module of course, to completely hard reset your device by flashing stock Android 9 ROM through fastboot or using Mi Flash tool. DO NOT re-lock de bootloader!
After being completely on stock Android 9, flash the 11.0.14 OTA zip using TWRP or wait for the Android 10 full OTA. The OTA zip can also be found HERE.
This was what I've done in order to be on stock Android 10 without any issues. Probably you will need to do it as well, if you're facing issues.
I know there's a fastboot version of Android 10 ROM out here on XDA but, and I mean no disrespect for the ones who made/share it, but since it's not official there could be something wrong with it (or missing), that's why I recommend to use either OTA or OTA zip through TWRP.

Its based on Android 10 with preinstalled Magisk(because Magisk help me fixing some stuff).
Its Fox/Twrp recovery backup and have over 5GB.(download size is 1.7gb because not every one have fast internet)
Its running on MengT kernel R1.8.0.
What works:
everything except : WiFi display (Not tested yet because I forgot set in overlay "<bool name="wifi_display_enable">true<bool/>" )
Bluetooth Audio (bluetooth works but if you connect headphones or bt speaker audio not work)
Always On Display (just black screen without clock or battery percentage)
Included Apps: Open Camera, YT, Gmail, Google photos, OnePlus Aplications, and some other stuff....
Some Answers for recently asked questions:
Magisk need sets up please download......... just ignore it click cancel and you get fully working super user
Module did not installed update magisk...... Magisk version is 19.3 because this is only version to make bootable this port.
Open Camera has not permissions..... you must update from Play Store.
If some oneplus apps didnt open or open not correctly you must set theme to colorfull (because overlays)
If you want dark mode set theme colorfull and then go to developer options to enable "override-dark mode".
WARNING
DO NOT UPDATE MAGISK because you get bootloop OR update if you known some working versions on erfan GSIs(and please share me).

Module did not installed update magisk...... Magisk version is 19.3 because this is only version to make bootable this port.
Open Camera has not permissions..... you must update from Play Store.
If some oneplus apps didnt open or open not correctly you must set theme to colorfull (because overlays)
If you want dark mode set theme colorfull and then go to developer options to enable "override-dark mode".
WARNING
DO NOT UPDATE MAGISK because you get bootloop OR update if you known some working versions on erfan GSIs(and please share me).

Yes is rooted via magisk, and what is UPI apps? Because I didnt heard about it.

Status of One UI 5 and newer -
I had successfully built One UI 5 ports, but the only problems remains that I couldn't get the bluetooth to get it working, due to changes done in android 13. I was only able to get call audio working on BT but every other type of audio comes through speakers only. If you have any known fix for that, please share.

I have given my M31s Away, so I am not doing any development. The truth is I have a lot of work to do in my life. I started this project because no one was willing to make a port for my device. But now the responsibilities of my life have caught upto me. I can no longer continue. I will/have uploaded the last stable port I had completed for usage. You are welcome to try and improve on it too.
This project has come to an end.

Miscellanous -
Install Instructions -
Extract Super.img from zip file, flash it as super in TWRP. super.img size around 7.5GB
Will need a SDCard, preferably 16GB, if not then use ADB push command to transfer to internal storage in TWRP.
Flash Magisk apk
Goto Terminal and enter multidisabler. hit enter
Factory Reset your Phone, Take backup before hand if You need.
Follow the following steps for other things.
They are recommended for the best experience.
Included in Downloads sections on XDA, is also prism.img in another zip, extract and flash it to prism to stop bloatware from being installed by Galaxy Store.
Place the provided CSC features xml in the apropriate directory as mentioned below.
Safetynet Fix - (Only for A51)
Use SafetynetFix : https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix
Use MagiskHide Props Config : https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/MagiskHidePropsConf
1. Open termux and get root permissions
2. type props and press enter. Props Config will open up.
3. Select option 1.
4. then enter "samsung/a51nsxx:12/SP1A.218012.016/A515FXXU5FVG3:user/release-keys" as the device fingerprint, word by word, case by case, slight change will not allow safetynet pass.Copying causes issues.
5. Install safetynet fix as well
6. reboot
7. Check safetynet.
Safetynet Fix - (Only For S21)
Just install Safetynet fix and use deny list in Magisk. You are good to go.
CSC Tweaks -

Copy the cscfeature.xml to /optics/configs/carriers/XXX/conf/system/ after replacing the old one. XXX is the code for your country. Example SER is for Russia. Reboot and enjoy
Performance Fix -
Need Root
Install hktweaks v2.2.2 :https://github.com/corsicanu/hKtweaks/releases
Give root permission
Click on burger icon in the bottom left corner, open GPU section from it.
Goto GPU Power Policy Control and switch it from coarse_demand to always_on.
Low Resolution Tip-
The GPU is not able to handle the load of heavy graphics, that is the reason of stutters in the OS. In S21, using the system in HD+ resolution allows minimal stuttering and good Performance.
VoWifi Fix-
Download com.sec.sve.apk from 3rd post.
paste it in /system/app/
Unlocking more features in ONE UI 4.1
Install LSPosed.zip from Magisk and then download Firefds kit for S.
Now, enable things as you wish.
Running Banking Apps easily-
Some Apps will detect Root with safetynet fix. Use Secure folder for them. It has been tested for Vyom app.
BHIM will need Denylist, so will any other UPI app to run out of secure folder along with safetynet fix.
Bootloader Unlock Warnig Fix -
Flash BL_unlock_warning_fix_m31s_M317FXXS3DVF3.tar on BL slot in download mode in Reboot Menu, TWRP via Odin on PC. Check 2nd Post.
