Hello,I was wondering if a GCam porting is on the way for this device..
As owner of a Moto Z2 Play I was disappointed by the fact that no GCam port could be installed on that device due to its 32 bit OS.
At the same time I wish that some dev. team would work to make GCam porting possible on G7 Plus ,I think its OIS camera would outcame greatly ( my 2 cents..)

I still prefer stock camera. Works more intuitive. Better aligned with the camera. Also supports HDR. IMHO gcam is overrated. But I still use it as a secondary camera app. Picture quality is virtually the same. I see no difference.
By the way, night sight in gcam is working on my G7 Plus.

Moto G7 plus had Sony IMX519 sensor(same as OP6), have someone tried port for OP6?
Want to know before buying for my wife, btw are you satisfied with indoor foto? Especially moving kids?
That would be interesting with Google kamera Mods from the one plus 6.
But i dont use Google kamera on the Moto g7 plus anymore,because the Stock Kamera App makes such good Pictures.
They are better than with Google camera.

Can i have installed Google Kamera App and Stock Kamera App at the Same time without anything Trouble or Problems,and use them together?

I think it will work on nougat based custom roms don't know about Oreo based ones

Use the attached app and set iso level to 625 or 3200, set manual fixed level ofset to 63.5... This is given in the advanced settings option... Use model nexus 5 and enable portrait mode for all devices in the advanced settings.

Any other gcam mod camera apl is installed! Uninstall that first.

I uninstalled the old one and installed this one.Whenever i open the app it crashes.(i have not changed api or anything. My phone is stock)

Well there is an app called teleport. It can blur backgrounds automatically without root.It is pretty much accurate.Just the thing is it takes lot of time.I was looking for an faster version of that app.

No, they are only built for arm64. You won't get support through any Motorola update, only potential custom work.

It was very good the app.
Now that Xperia 1 is out and it supports camera2api and raw, there is a high chance that google pixel camera app / gcam finally works.

It's old gcam 5.1 version, so probably no tele-wide-ultrawide hdr+ support...no night sight...yet. At least it's way better than nothing. Hope more people can donate to the developer so that he can continue improves the gcam port

I started using the Google Camera port on my previous device, the LG V30. I wasn't satisfied with the stock camera and I heard others praise the GCam port. So I gave it a try and boy oh boy was it worth it. The photos look much better. I also use it on my Mix 3 and much like with the LG V30, photos come out better in GCam.

Audio is good enough for calling, not low like other pixel roms, a little higher. System Volume is very high in general.

nice! gapps and twrp included already? so the build they released on September is the final build for android 10? are they focusing on android 11 right now? is that right?

Yeah, gapps included, but not twrp, you have to install it after rom. Last build is 0922. I have no issue, bt calls work very good too

wow! finally I can switch again to custom rom, last custom rom I tried is Pixel Experience Plus Edition, stable but there are some bugs, banking apps not working even it is certified and hidden already in magisk. BTW, what version of twrp are you using for this rom?

I am using last official twrp 3.4.1
Gcam works flawless, i use Gcam 7.3 with XML config from xda. Safetynet passed on PEx Q

can you share the direct link of GCAM 7.3 with XML that are you using? all functions are working like capturing videos and photo using front and back camera? thanks!
