But I didnot find lollypop 5.0 update for this specific Base Band Version :N900AUCUCNC2
My device is not rooted I just want to install original at & t lollupop update..
Thanks
You don't need to find the nc2 baseband... you said you are already on NC2. NC2 is kitkat.
If you want to install stock lollipop 5.0 on the att note 3 n900a phone... then you need to install the lollipop rom that ends in OC1.
You cannot stay on NC2 and have lollipop, because the current stock lollipop is OC1.
You don't need to be rooted to install it. You need to use ODIN to install it and you will still be stock and not rooted.
Hello XDA comunity i have a note 4 in which i have installed Dr. Ketan Rom. Now I want to install a Note 7 port but the ones i found require some baseband that should end in EPE3 or something, but my baseband ends in DOK2. The question is, what happens if i proceed with the installation? Would it brick my phone? What are the consequences? Thank you. :fingers-crossed:
For note 7 roms you need any marshmallow baseband.
Flash any marshmallow stock firmware in odin then flash twrp recovery.
Now you can flash any note 7 Roms.
Dok2 is lollipop baseband if you flash note 7 Roms it will not boot.and your sim and wifi will not work
So do i wipe everything and flash a marshmallow firmware first and then flash the note 7 rom or how do i do it? Thank you
Is it possible to downgrade from 7.0 to 6.0 just flashing the rom with QFIL? I'm facing some problems with the Quick Charge in the Nougat Stock version and I want to do a downgrade. Mine isn't rooted and the bootloader is locked.

yep possible flash stock qfil 2.3.044 or any marshmallow version
it is possible to downgrade your rom using QFIL method.. backup your data first
It is even possible through TWRP I was able to downgrade from Stock ZUI 2.5.381 Android 7.0 to MIUI 8 Android 6.0.1 without any problem just factory reset through TWRP before install the MIUI 8 based on 6.0.1 and the TWRP even show while installing the it is taking the current new kernel 3.18.... and it is adopting it for the 6.0.1 ... I really like this feature .... and yes everything works fine no problems all features works fine no drivers problem or other interruptions ...
If I buy this phone, should I avoid upgrading to 7.x? `

3. Flash Stock 6.0.1 rom wtith Odin.
can use downgrade for lollipop?
About a year ago, I downloaded firmware for N960F from updato and downgraded from Pie to Oreo using Odin and it went all so well.
This time around I'm trying to downgrade from Android 10 to the exact same firmware version I used back then, just downloaded from updato yesterday.
Thing is, is doesn't seem to want to flash.. When I use the csc file Odin gets stuck at the recovery.img step. If I use the home_csc file, flashing starts, but is frozen at the start of the system step and nothing happens.
What is going wrong and what can I do?

You can downgrade to pie android 9.0 but not oreo since you jumped to android 10
Android 10 and android 9 pie is on bootloader 3 and oreo is on bootloader 2 & 1 so impossible to downgrade you Cannot go back to oreo.
Odin will fail to flash.

As I previously mentioned, last year I managed to downgrade from Pie to Oreo. Anyway, I just downloaded Pie firmware and tried flashing it and it does exactly like I said above, using each csc file, freezes at its respective step.
What could be the problem? Odin?

As previously mentioned you can downgrade, but only to an earlier version of Android if the bootloader version is the same as the one you're currently on.
So Oreo came with bootloader 1 and later versions had bootloader 2
Pie came with bootloader 2, 3 and last version had bootloader 4
Android 10 comes with bootloader version 4
So from Android 10 you may download to later version of Pie with bootloader 4 only.

Try factory reset first from recovery before flashing
.use latest version of odin
Try reboot your pc and different usb cable.
I recommend you to use patched odin from link below
https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=4899843
Also regarding csc the firmware comes with 2 csc files so Don't use "HOME_CSC_OMC" file
just use " CSC_"OMC
