I got this phone from Amazon in Spain, and right after the initial setup, it downloaded and applied updates.
However, it has been unable to fetch new ones (January, and probably February) since, much less installing them. When checking for updates, it will simply say that the system is updated. I think the following is the relevant info:

3.22.X is blind branch, you can:
1. switch to second A/B slot where you have previous (3.22 november) system version
2.sideload "WW 3.39B November 2018 (B2N-339B-0-00WW-B03-222R-0-00WW-B01-update.zip) Full ROM from Android 8.1 Oreo to Android 9.0 Pie"
(Ignore Oreo noticem is simpke FULL ROM, not incremental as others)
3a. try check OTA, if found skip next points...
3b sideload 3.39B_SP1 (december)
4. sideload 3.39B_SP2(january)
5. sideload 3.39B_SP3(february)
Anyway IGNORE 3.51 OTA this is unofficial and you sideload 3.51a and 3.52b then maybe is (until in future released 3.51>=c or >3.52 Full ROM OTA) only way gor back to official branch downgrade+unlock_bootloader (using payed remote to your pc service)
---------- Post added at 04:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:23 AM ----------
btw: switching slot is in bootloader mode:
# first check what slot is currently used (contain actual/latest installed ota)
fastboot getvar current-slot
# switch to second slot
fastboot --set-active=secondslot

After pushing the OTA file with adb I got an error telling me that the process was aborted because I was trying to install an older version, and downgrades are not supported.
EDIT: The actual message is Update package is older than the current build, expected a build newer than timestamp 1542721689 but package has timestamp 1542368398 and downgrade not allowed. I tried both the adb sideload and placing the file on an SD card.
I am stuck in october 2018 patch.

ok, this is bad, i hope full ro ota is newer that 3.22nivember
Then now you can use payed remote service for downgrade and appropriately unlock bootloader for rooting or only for downgrade yourself if need in future for any reason...

Android 5.1.1

It says device is unlocked in boot options but its not rooted as I checked it using rootchecker app. There is an app supersu. I am wondering whether it is pre-installed or not. Any idea how to get rid of this error as I am very disappointed right now..

The phone may not be rooted, but your system files are/were somehow altered at one point which is why your update is failing. Was this phone "unlocked" My brother bought an LG Flex 2 online that was "unlocked". Turns out the seller had a new phone, rooted it, then bypassed the SIM check on a software level.
The same issue happened and the update failed. Fortunately the phone was the same carrier that we had, so I wiped the phone and reflashed the stock image and everything works.
In your situation, you will need to wipe the phone via fastboot then flash manually whatever version you want. OTAs are not worth the headache if you have the knowledge to manually flash the newest images.
---------- Post added at 08:05 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:53 AM ----------
Oh yeah and no. SuperSU is definitely not pre-installed as part of Google's stock image on a Nexus phone LOL.
just sideload the update. its way better than going through each ota's one by one.
So I can flash marshmallow 6.0.1 skipping two minor updates of 23 and 30 mb plus 6.0 marshmallow one ?
Please also guide me through the process as my device is unlocked so what steps do I need to flash straight to latest update ?
I have never installed update manually so please guide me through simplest method you can as I am unaware of the terms fastboot sideload.
Thanks for the input guys.

In the future, use the search engine rather than asking someone for a link. After all, the search engine links on each page aren't just there for looks, but to be used. Your best starting point will be the Nexus 6 Index Thread.

yes.. easy.lol. i was on lollipop as well when i got my nexus 6 last year. i got tired of waiting for the ota. i flash it instead
Your bootloader is unlocked therefore just fastboot the newest image. I loaded marshmallow from the stock lollipop I got my phone and jumped like 6 versions ahead. I'm not sure why people sideboard or OTA. Quite frankly it's a pain and you can flash a new bootloader baseband and system without wiping data.
Just download the newest factory image and flash each one one by one. Don't use the flash all script as that wipes..... Although it doesn't work half the time anyways

But I have not heard anyone who has updated via OTA to the B381 with any version.
It was my initial question
Guys, I need some help. I need to flash the stock kernel in order to update OTA, but I can't find it anywhere... I tried to flash the one in the b381 update but I had problems unlocking the phone since the code was not recognised, and had to remove it with adb. Could anyone give me a link to the b371 stock boot.img and recovery.img? My internet connection sucks and I can't dowload tho whole firmware to extract the images

I had B110 out of the box but Firmware Finder says B120 is available since March. It's very mixed up. Just going to stick with B110 and wait for an OTA
In my experience with the 2015 version (I doubt the story is different) I never received updates from the phone. I did them manually. This page has all versions of the official firmware for your device. If you want one, you can get it and install.
I contacted Huawei during the week about an EMUI 5.1 update, however they have no information yet
hello i contact huawei.
i have the b110 and they say to the zone c432 the update b164 is release last week and normaly take 15days to 30days to the phone recive the update and the b164 is preparatory to EMUI 5.1

This is pretty interesting. If Motorola keep up this speed of security updates i'll be happy. Sure, its not the monthly update, but getting a security path every 1 & 1/2 months isn't as awful as you'd expect from Motorola's software reputation.

Not if I just want to run stock w/ root. I've run Custom ROMS on this device, while they're stable enough, it's not stock. I'm frustrated that Motorola can't spread the wealth of updates equally.

Well, you've got stock, don't worry, be happy. They'll get around to it eventually. Although I wouldn't expect to see anything more than 8.0, and 64 bit is probably a pipe dream. But that's why we have places like xda.
I have XT1805 also and when I check software updates I see that my system is up to date. Now I have NPSS26.116-45-5, security patch is October 1, baseband is M8953_27.36.07.40R SANDERS_EMEADSDS_CUST. No, you should be able to find it yourself. But from this post and your other recent one, I would suggest you don't mess with your device. You'll save yourself (and others) a whole lot of trouble.

can someone extract the stock boot image from Oxygen OS 11.0.8.13 Europe Version for me? I don't know how to do this and want to update my OP8T. I'm using magisk at the moment.

You don't need the stock boot img to update. Just do a local update, DON'T reboot, tap install magisk, select "install to inactive slot", tap ok, reboot

I'm on stable and it's there. Weird
I noticed it's asking me to install OTA version 10.0.10.10 on my Verizon 8T. however I cannot seem to locate a FULL download of this to upgrade. I don't change a lot on my device, I have always just ran TWRP, MAGISK & the Stock ROM with minor changes. This is my daily driver & therefore very important it's STABLE & WORKING. Not "surprise, your GPS or WiFi doesn't work now" or boot looped for 9 hours & requires a wipe, & all such things as that....
My question is, two part:
Do I still need to be seeking a Full copy of the ROM? Or is there a good way to apply those incremental OTA updates another way? Can I download, apply locally, (don't reboot) flash TWRP/MAGISK to other slot, & it work ok? Or is that risky?
Secondly,
Is there anyway to apply the security updates independently from the ROM? I like having the latest security patch but don't necessarily always want to jump on every single OTA.
AS ALWAYS, THANK YOU guys for all that you do for the community & any info you can offer. I promise, I did try to read to find this out for an hour without luck before posting. lol.

1. There is a method to apply small incremental OTAs, but applying full OTA, i reckon is safer as it overwrites files during installation and not patches only necessary ones.
2. In OOS settings (Security and Lock Screen) there are two options, for checking of security updates.
