Is there a way to change the carrier display name on the I9305/I9300 S3? I have tried all the methods online even the eri.xml file and no luck? I want to edit mine to read display Chinese characters... could this be the reason why? Thanks!

in SETTINGS? I have never come across this option on any rom yet, and I would like to change the operator name if possible on a rooted device...

Hello, I recently set up the cm13 mod on my phone. After trying to reinstall stock from a backup I made in twrp it did not show the file. I clicked onto the backup files and it showed me a blank screen when I clicked on my backup. Is there anyway I could fix this or where could I download the stock from for moto x 2014 Verizon, it has an unlocked bootloader by the way. I could also stick with cm13 if there was a way to turn on ambient display in gesture settings, it seems to be greyed out.

Yeah I already have it installed. I assume that I can still use the stock marshmallow rom for my phone, though. I don't have a Verizon sim card, I have an AT&T sim card, am I correct that I can still use the marshmallow stock rom?

You already said you are using this... And its marshmallow stock rom...!!! Or maybe I didn't just get what you are saying...
I have an Android One phone, and on the stock ROM LTE works fine with Boost Mobile (Sprint). But, when using LineageOS (or Resurrection Remix), I only get 3G.
The APN settings seem correct, but when I click "carrier v settings" it crashes. On the stock ROM, this brings up SprintDM to let me update the PRL.
Is there a way to get LTE working in a custom ROM? I tried using Titanium Backup to backup SprintDM from stock, but when I tried to restore it on the custom ROM, it just sat there and didn't do anything.
I've read that CDMA is a mess, and I may just stick to the stock ROM if LTE doesn't work without it.
Why is it that VoLTE only works on Stock or GZSOP? Any other custom ROMs DO NOT.
Verizon MVNO. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have tried messing with APNs and flashed bholtefix.zip but neither worked. Thanks.

I have done just the update (A13), that problem with VoLTE still exists with switched off WiFi, the icon is not displayed in the status bar or you do not know whether it is active at all, from my provider will definitely supports VoLTE
Any ideas to resolve that problem?

Yes i did it, but since the last Update (A12) nothing happens
I had that problem too. Then I root the Phone and I had VOLTE. I didn't have anything before.
I'm not quite sure what TWRP has to do with VoLTE working for you?

Twrp isn't on this device or how you root. Magisk and manually flashing patched boot.img is how you root
