Which is the best kernal for fortnite if anyone is playing

Try all kernels and answer here within your thread.
It doesn't take too much time to change the kernel. If dirty flashing disturbs you, you can use fastboot method to flash the kernel but make sure to restore the stock kernel first before installing the new one costumed.

There is already an extensive discussion on kernels (performance, etc.) here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/how-to/oreo-8-1-custom-kernel-test-t3779020
Read the thread, pick a kernel, and test it yourself (similar to the above response). Or post to that thread, if you still need specific recommendations. No need to start a new "best kernel' or "best ROM" thread for every person's slightly different usage (Fortnite, or whatever).

Since the General Discussion thread for ROMs/Kernels has been linked, this thread will be closed to prevent spam.

[Q] overclocking in jerpeleas cm7 rom

Could someone within this forum post instructions on how to get the default oc settings in cmparts (jerpelas rom) to use doixanhs x8oc module. Preferably by moduleman himself or jerpelea.
Thanks in advance.
Reading here Link will not only give you instructions on how to install that properly but also knowledge and understanding.
Its a great module, post and thread, but i still miss some info, like how to get module to work with native oc settings in cm rom. a lot of custom roms have this, all except jerpeleas rom. thats the rom i want to use.
Is there anyone with knowledge of this issue. please share it.
Maybe i suggest posting your query there. Making another topic with an existing one will find yourself ignored!

Best Stable ROM?

Hey am getting confused here/ Because i saw many roms are here. But i wnna know best stable rom.Good battery performance and faster rom. Please any one suggest me.
Froyo for battery+stock rom or mini cm 2.2.0/primeHD for performance(+nAa/ alfs kernel).
A search would have told you there is no "Best" rom. Each rom can act differently on each device depending on your personal use and set up. It is a try a few out for your self and see kind of thing. Please search before opening a new thread.

[Q] Is XXLSA safe?

Is it?

There are a million threads for this. Why can't you search first? Reported.

Haven't heard of any rom from Spamsung for n7000 yet
There may be a bunch of threads but i am searching for hours not finding anything definitive.
@nokiamodeln91
I use the word rom in traditional sense. So yes, the /system partition is intended not to be modified in daily use. I would consider that a rom, if made by the device manufacturer or someone else.
Always when I ask something on XDA where the answer is buried in spam or not present I get flamed or ignored?
And people seriously waste precious battery power for this?
Whats up with the Note forum?
Back in Desire Z forums people were much nicer.
There is nothing wrong in having a little fun... Take it in a positive way. Don't be defensive. Forums are icer to read when you get to laugh sometimes.
And for your question.? What do you mean by safe? Related to kernel and BrickBug.?
There have been comments that samsung has patched something in the new 3.0.31 kernel JB suppressing the bug. Not sure.. But there is philz kernel which is definitely safe
As per rom perspective : its a very nice rom specially the eybee s
What's up is this is answered in pretty much every LSA thread and there is no need for you to make a thread for such. Instead of your long response you could've easily searched and found your answer.
Since you can't search here is the answer-
1. there have been SOME reports that LSA may cause data corruption after a while requiring a clean install.
2. The stock kernel MAY be safe from emmc secure erase brick bug - this hasn't been confirmed.
3. Philz kernel nonetheless suppresses secure erase making it safe even if Samsung hasn't fixed the issue
4. Note- LSA is not most current leak

I guess I have gotten too serious in the last few months.
@asf58967
Thanks for the info, thats what I needed, a confirmation of something, even a confirmation that its unknown if stock is safe.
I actually wanted to specifically stock wipe, as Philz Kernel rocks but maybe still doesnt wipe away whatever it is, that tells the system to expect an encrypted partition when there is none.

[REQUEST] TWRP Touch for Stock Based ROMs

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who is not in the least bit dev-minded and is utterly useless at compiling/decompiling anything (tried once, ended up with a shiny expensive paperweight!), so I'm wondering if one of you superhumans could compile a version of TWRP to work with stock ROMs/kernels?
Personally, I'm using the advanced stock kernel with inbuilt CWM and am getting tired of having to use the volume + power buttons to navigate recovery. The TWRP DIY thread has instructions to compile TWRP for stock based kernels but I'm really not that brave and I dare say I wouldn't be the only one that'd appreciate it if someone could do this and post it. Any takers?
Uh it's already available on the TWRP site...

Using search is a wonderful thing
Also, posting in the right section helps. If you ask a QUESTION and want others to ANSWER it, guess where the thread should be?
And, siyah kernel is CMW based but has touch ability in it....
Thread closed and moved to Q&A. Development section is a place to post ROMs and kernels, not requests.

[ REQ | HELP ] Need Advice on ROMs, How to Proceed

I'm using an older ROM that hasn't been updated in a long time and I want to get into a new ROM. I'm not sure what ROMs are good. I go to the ROM list and nothing seems updated. Maybe the list is not complete.
I'm looking for something that is as close to CM as possible, will allow root, and will allow xposed. I'd like something that has a good set of instructions too. I know some ROMs require firmware flashes and all sorts of other activities. I'm not even sure when I last flashed my firmware.
Any advice?
-----
UPDATE: So I updated my OxygenOS to the latest version to get the new firmware since one of the ROMs returned error 7. It's working now and I'm just trying ROMs. I'd still like some advice on what you guys think is good.
There is already a whole long thread discussing ROM recommendations. It's "sticky" on the top of this forum section. Please read that thread, or if needed post to that thread. New "best ROM" threads aren't needed.
Here are all Pie Roms for our device listed:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...o-roms-kernels-available-3-t3688139?nocache=1
All are good with more or less special customizing.
If CM was your favorite rom, then take LineageOS 16.0 for OnePlus 3/3T...
