well Google might help with that, all I know is that it is soldered onto the Motherboard and even if you can buy a new one, you will have to use a surface board soldering iron to install it.

unless you find someone selling theirs for parts, finding a mobo/ribbon would be pretty much impossible.
You're better off buying a new x1.

I got a keypad PCB on eBay... But it was very expensive

i recieved a tilt i had purchased on ebay and it is pretty bad. i know it needs a flex cable after SEARCHING for it...however i cannot find the answer to this. i am looking into purchasing a full housing off ebay from forceviewer_uk however its unclear if i need the sliding mechanism to go with it as i just want to replace everything except the board and lcd. do i need the sliding mechanism, is it a good idea to replace it, or what. any help is very appreciated. thanks

For anyone else interested: The centre of the coil is underneith the left side of the "u" of "Nexus".
And the DT-900 has three coils; one slap-bang in the middle, the other two evenly spaced left and right of it.
