So far I have tried Resurrection Remix and Havoc OS. Both allow me to turn on wifi calling but it doesn't actually make any calls over wifi. I've tried various other suggestions like VoEnabler in MagiskManager with no effect. If someone knows of a rom with working wifi calling on T-Mobile I'd jump on testing it out.
Same problem here (Vodafone). Wifi Calling not working so flashed SyberiaOS (VoWifi working in description) but no success at all

Hi all,
has anyone else seen an issue with T-Mobile WiFi calling being unreliable? Its enabled and the icon in status bar present, but calls immediately go to voice mail. As soon as I disable WiFi calling and it switches back to cell network, calls work fine. Switch WiFi calling back on and it either works again or doesn't , its hit or miss. When I place a call during this time it just immediately drops. Since its so unreliable, I just turned it off completely, but I am curious if others have the same issue.
I am on ARHD 9.0 , but same issue was also on 8.1. I have not been on stock ROM since I got the phone.

Was looking through my options due to having the wifi calling option enabled on my account and was unable to find Wifi calling under my settings. Running Renovate Milestone 4.1 r205. Also I have a folder for svn updated to latest svn release. Anyone know if Wifi calling is back in Wireless and Networks settings with latest update? Please let me know, I want to take advantage of full strength wifi instead of 1 bar LTE coverage in my house.
Unlocked and rooted XT1053 running a custom ROM and kernel. Running same ROM and kernel for months and was using wifi tether daily.
Wifi tether stopped working today, I just used it last Thursday without issue. No changes made to ROM or kernel in between that time. The only thing I've done since is clear dalvik/cache last night but I don't see how that could cause problems.
I usually just turn on Wifi hotspot via the quick settings tile and it enables. Now when I hit the quick setting nothing happens. When I go into settings menu to enable "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot", it gets stuck on "Turning hotspot on..."
Anyone have any ideas?
Edit: actually - unless I'm missing something I can't even find the native tethering app anymore...somehow it got deleted? Anyone know how it can be restored?
Everything was working fine on my phone when one week back I was watching Youtube on my phone and it started buffering and I saw that Wifi bars from status bar were on low though I was sitting right next to the router. I tried all basic troubleshooting like reboot phone and router, check if same problem is there on other devices and even changed ROM. All other devices connected to my Wifi work fine. I even tried connecting to my friend's network at his place and even there I was having same problem. When I connect to Wifi network on my XT1068 it shows full range for 5 seconds then it drops to 1 or 2 bars. Wifi does work but it works very slowly. Please help! I am open to all suggestions.

After installing the android nougat resurrection remix I started to have wi-fi instability problems. Even installing the previous ROM, android pie resurrection remix, the problem continued. What could I do to resolve this?
Did anyone facing a problem with PDAnet Wifi Direct Hotspot on latest oos? My hotspot keep disconnect after around 10-20minutes. Sometime even less than that. Need to turn on the hotspot again and again. Try to change to another kernel but still the same. No problem with USB tether anyway.
This problem only happen on OOS only but not on custom rom.
