Kaiser Keyboard Backlight

Hi Guys
I've noticed that after playing around with a few of the newer ROMs the keyboard backlight seems to have stopped working on my phone. I've tried changing the setting for the backlight sensor but I don't seem to be having any luck. Has anyone seen this problem with their device or know how to fix it?

[Q] Stange display issue

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anybody has experienced this issue.
Yesterday i charged my phone up after the the battery drained. The phone booted up normally until the display dimmed slightly??? The display is now as though its in power save mode lacking the lovely vivid appearance. Greens and reds seem dull??? Any ideas. I am considering trying to reload official firmware. But before i do i would like to see if anybody else has experienced this issue.

Screen flickering after new firmware (apg2)

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I clean flashed the new firmware (apg2 XAR) for tab s2 (2016).
After an hour of use the screen started to flicker, shifting colors everywhere on the screen.
After a reboot the flicker was gone but not sure if that was a "fix". If it happens again I will try to capture the screen.
Nonetheless I wanted to ask if anyone had something similar. Can that be a hardware issue? Or a software one? Maybe a graphic driver problem?

Well if a reboot fixed it then you're good to go.

Colour screen issue - phosphorite colours

Hello. Issue is the screen all of a sudden turns into very phosphorite colours. I've searched for any similar issue here in xda and have not seen anyone else with this problem..
In another forum (Spanish only) various people have reported the same issue after my post there. And in most of the cases the issue seems to show up after watching a video/movie potentially related with Netflix and/or HDR.
Rebooting solves the issue. And another person reported that after leaving the phone locked for some time the colours were back to normal...
Have note 8 for less than a month and this has happened 2 times already.
I post here as audience will be wider.
Anyone with same issue or idea?

I don't have, but if when it happens again I will take a picture with another phone

I think we're waiting on pics. Phosphorite is a rock, so I'm not sure what phosphorite colour means.

sounds some settings in the screen mode were changed. when it happens again, dont reboot just go toggle a few different setting and see if it fixes it. also, having tinted colors(phosphorous?) seems as RGB got changed under the advanced settings in the display mode settings.
I do know some apps are be able to change brightness so mybe other can change color settings? some sort of a blue light filter or 'night' mode?( tint to a warmer shade?)

Is it only when you're charging? I have my screen saver set to colour, and I'd describe those as psychedelic. But I just have to touch the screen to make it stop.

Haha. Yes phosphorite is probably not the right word... the screen turns into fluorescent colours (like in a highlighter pen). Hope this clarifies... let's see if it happens again and I take some pictures.

Green tint on screen

Hi there,
There is a green tint in the right part of the screen, it's more noticeable in low light and grey colors. Using PA Rom, but I think is not related to it. I use 66 hz screen oc, but the problem persists in 60 hz too.
Searching in the web I've found that may be burned due to oc, but in the forums people have been using it for a long time without issues at higher hz. I found a forum with a man with the same issue in miui stock without screen oc, but it got fixed, so maybe it's software related.
I think I'm going to flash stock miui and see if it happens again.
Anyone with the same issue?

Yep, that's what I think. :crying::crying::crying:
I'm thinking about flashing stock and use the garanty. But in daylight or light theme is not visible. Probably I'll wait to see if it get worse to contact the seller.
